Kerr Street Cafe

I was in the area a decided to drop by for Saturday brunch. The restaurant was packed when I arrived, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before being seated. It should be noted that there's a 75 minute seating limit here.nnMy partner and I ordered the Kerr Breakfast with Smoked Salmon, Pancakes, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Latte, and Matcha Latte, and loved every bite. The food were all beautifully presented, and delicious! The sticky toffee pudding stood out the most as melted in my mouth, and was probably the best I ever had.nnThe restaurant itself has a lively ambiance, with modern decor, and is very family friendly. There's a small kids menu if you want to bring the little ones along. They also have a takeout counter if you just want to grab a coffee, or light bite to go.nnBoth street parking and a paid parking lot are near by.

The food and coffee were fantastic, especially the pancakes. However, I wasn't keen on the matcha. The ingredients were all high quality, but the wait was really long. We ended up getting takeout instead of waiting over an hour to be seated, and went to a nearby park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There was a 25 min wait on a Sunday for brunch, but it was well worth it. This is the first time here. We ordered the pancakes with a side of sausage and the brekky plate. Everything was flavourful, presented professionally, and will be back again.

It is such a nice and popular cafe, everything is perfect. This is my second time visit and finally I can enjoy the nice food here. Too many people waiting last time, so I did not find a table. I like the food especially the nice Cappuccino. There is a municipal parking nearby.

We were six of us. Went for Mothers Day brunch. The place was crowded and had to wait for well over an hour. The food was delicious. Fresh Orange juice was my fav. Being vegetarian, I had Vegan Brekky Sandwich, it was yum. Loved the taste of herbs. I will definitely come back.
