McDonald's

The food quality is ok as it is a chain you come to expect the same thing. The cleanliness of the store is always terrible. The garbages are almost always full, the condiment area is always full of spills, food particles, smeared ketchup and straw wrappers. The floor always has trash under the tables, and salt stains all over the floor like they don't mop at all until the end of the night. You will be lucky to find a table that doesn't have anything on it, clean or other wise or trash under it. The staff are always engaged with things in the back rather than focusing on the customer. I'm sure a few of these issues could be resolved if they had a set of tasks to work through during the quieter periods. Often times we need to holler in the back area to get someone's attention.

Really good service from girls I think named Sarah Lemoine and Karen Gulak at the front. Drinks were all made perfectly . Darren Hardy constantly fooling around in the kitchen and acts like I couldn’t see his name tag. Despicable

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They never fail to screw up my orders; One time ordered multiple egg mcmuffins and they didn't have EGG in them! Another time I ordered 2 coffees, one with milk and one was regular (1 cream, 1 sugar). When I got home I took a sip and nearly threw up. Upon opening the lid the coffee was nearly white from the amount of cream in it, and there had to have been at least 5 sugars inside. Before giving the other one to my relative (who has a sugar allergy) I opened it and it looked the same as mine. I took a sip and it had the same amount of sugar content in it. I called the restaurant and told them the problem and they weren't very receptive to my concern. "Just come back and get it fixed" she said. I reiterated the issue, and said I live too far to just "come back". Their attitude was that I was causing more of an inconvenience to them, then they were me. Another time at the drive-thru I ordered a McNugget happy meal and a cheeseburger meal came up on the screen. I clarified that I'm ordering McNuggets and the employee said it is a glitch on the screen, and rest-assured I will be getting McNuggets. Again at the window I confirmed and she said she has McNuggets. Sure enough when my meal came it was a cheeseburger. Another time I ordered a grilled chicken meal at the drive-thru. When the meal came I double-checked and it was breaded chicken, not grilled. I went inside and told the manager the order was wrong and emphasized that the chicken was for a person with gluten intolerance and the breaded chicken would pose a danger by the person consuming it. The manager was unconcerned, and unapologetic. She came back with the grilled chicken and said "I replaced the other fries that went cold while u were waiting. I gave u fresh hot fries instead" like she was doing me a service. Again, no apology.

Nice staff, cleaner that usual. Food was hot and fresh, a step up on other locations.
