McDonald's

It's just another McDonald's.... Revisiting me Original 3 star rating and dropping to 1 You know... I don't like to knock fast food establishments. They serve many purposes. Employing the young and old, turning out affordable, mildly appetizing food, quick turn around and above all consistency. You KNOW what you are getting. A big Mac is a big Mac, regardless of where you get it in North America. Now to my whine... I get that they are busy at 1400 in the afternoon for whatever reason. Waiting over ten minutes inside the store for two cheeseburgers and a medium fries??? That's excessive. Whatever, they are busy, what should I expect... I shouldn't expect cold fries and cold burgers. I called the store and told them of the experience, they fluffed me off and said thanks for letting them know. No apologies, just thanks. This location is a poor representative of McDonald's a and shows their slip in quality and customer service.

Employees and the manager have the biggest attitude at night, I arrived at the restaurant and placed my order on the drive thru, the lady took my order like this " what do you want!" clearly they don't care about customers service. I work across from this restaurant we have about 700 employees that go to this restaurant and each person I spoke to had mentioned how poor their customer service is especially. I hope McDonald's head office acknowledges this and does something it is unacceptable to be treated like this, when your giving them business. Sincerely

Probably what is noteworthy about this McDonald's restaurant is its proximity to the highway. If you are traveling on the 401 and you finally gotten out of Toronto and perhaps you're on your way to Guelph this is a convenient spot to get off of Highway have some lunch or dinner get back on and not spend a lot of time looking for a place. Other than that it is a standard McDonald's clean with unhealthy food and a decent washroom.

Doesn’t get much worse than this. Revised my original 2-star review to give them 1. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

I ordered breakfast for the family and after being called to pickup my order, I double checked making sure everything was there, I was missing 3 hash browns, 1 from the 2 combos and 2 from the hotcake Happy meal. That took a while and on top of that I didn't have my 2 large coffee and 2 apple juices. I looked over where the drinks are being made and noticed nobody was making them. I then told the girl serving me that I'm still waiting for my drinks and she looked on their drink table and came up to me and said "apparently they haven't made your drinks yet". I was blown of how I was answered after waiting close to half an hour. Very poor service and the worst customer service I've had at McDonald's. Too bad this is the only McDonald's in Milton.
