Continually make mistakes with orders, every other time I go there is a problem with the meal. I love taco bell, but the frustration grows each time. Just today, manager even said that even though they made the wrong food items in my order, they couldn't take it back or correct it.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION. Not only is the drive thru worker completely rude and miserable, but when you clarify an order 6 damn times AND go inside to clarify as well , you'd think they would get it right... but no.. every time we go there my partner gets t4 with beef and cheese burritos instead of the chili cheese ones. Never been an issue. So why after saying beef and cheese 6 times do they still give me the chili cheese ones?? Drive half an hour, get home and go to eat and this happens... Not only this but they also didn't even give us our fries . And after they asked if we wanted ketchup and hot sauce and I say yes, they never gave us those either . This is absolutely rediculous...

When i got home i realized they had for got fries, i was mad, so I went back, they remade my meal, gave me and extra drink, and 2 cookies forgot to say thanks before i left

They didn't get my order wrong, and the food came rather quickly. 3 stars because the staff are a bit rude and unfriendly.
