It took me 40 minutes to get one burned pizza. I received a free pizza coupon in the mail after this store was shut down for health violations . I went on Saturday night 1/13/18. There were about ten guests in front of me, I arrived at 8:10. I watched as one employee took several trips to the back to check her phone, while one guy tried to do all the dough and making the pizza’s. The one that looked like a manager was manning the oven. I saw them screw up 3 orders in front of me. Once I finally had my pizza made it went into the oven. the girl that was messing around, was complaining she didn’t want to be there. At this time she was working the register. She told the manger she needed change. so the manager asked her to watch the oven. I watched as my pizza sat in the oven burning. The manager came back and stated, I asked you to watch the oven. She offered to give me a free pizza because mine was burned. I explained I had been waiting 30 minutes already and this was a terrible experience. She gave me a free drink and free pizza coupon I can use for another burned pizza. Its now 9:00 pm and I have to find something else to eat. Just terrible. I managed a national fast casual Chinese franchise for 4 years, was a sous chef, baker, cook for 9 additional years. I can honestly say this is the worst dining experience in my life. I will be taking the time to transfer this review to every site I can to discourage others from going through the same miserable experience. This store should have never re-opened. Next time I'll order from one of the chain restaurants and pick it up in 20 minutes.

First time coming to blaze today. The staff was friendly and helped me understand the process. Rachel made my pizza and all the toppings looked so good and the lemonade was awesome. I can't wait to come back. Blaze for the win yo!

My husband and I just ate here for the first time. The topping choices were great considering I like very unusual pizza and my husband likes them more traditional. We had quick and very pleasant service, and our pizzas were perfectly cooked. We plan to be back often.

I’ve never been disappointed when I come here. This is the place my 8 year old chooses for pizza night which is a big deal- She doesn’t like pizza usually. The staff is always friendly - one guy in particular sticks out there - George Woods is hands down the friendliest guy in the pizza world - doesn’t hurt that he’s a pretty good cook either.

Good place, toppings are good, place was clean and time is standard. The pizza came in thin, medium size only, which is good for 1.3 people aprox. Price is according with the place and service $$. There is public parking available near by. Yes I'll come back.
