Je n’ai jamais eu un aussi mauvais service que dans cette succursale ( à travers le monde ! )
C’est la 4 ème fois que le personnel oublie des choses dans ma commande. Cela fait deux fois que je dois expliquer à mon fils de 4 ans que son repas n’est pas complet. Sans compter mes deux appels au service client qui ne répond pas.
