First of all, very bad customer service. The lady was annoyed while taking my order. I was a bit undecided about which combo to take, and I asked her a few questions. She started to get annoyed and keep in mind that there were no other customers than me. I was disappointed when I opened my order at home. I took a family combo 6 pieces. The chicken thighs were small. ll the food is not warm. I live 5 mins away from there. I had to reheat everything. It was very expensive for what I got.

I asked to replace thighs with tenders but she put 6 pieces thighs instead and the chicken is very oily cooked unwell way, actually the taste is disappointing and disaster.

November 9, 2024. Decided to give them another try, and they didn’t disappoint, still sucks. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru and they didn’t serve me. Restaurant full of employees with their thumbs up their asses relaxing and enjoying theme. Perhaps you need better management? I won’t make the mistake again.nnDisgusting, it is do dried , it looks like it is rotten too. The food needs to be inspected. I will not be going here anymore. I believe that it is only a matter of time before someone gets a really bare case of food poisoning. No pride by the owners or management at this location. **AVOID**

Got KFC as a birthday dinner for me and my family. Very disappointed. It was terrible. The sauce had no taste, to much water was put into it. Chicken was old, lots of oil. Fries were ok... we got 2 sides they were ok as well. Popcorn chicken was good thank God. It's all I ate. Will never have KFC from here again though. Waste of money.

What a shame! We were exited to try KFC after a while and here is a picture of what we found out when we opened the box. So here is the full story. We ordered and everything was normal. During this time we noticed another customer was returning her food because she found a hair in her food. She supposedly ate 3 pieces of her 14 piece bucket and demanded a refund. After a bit we get home to find the bucket filled with chicken like this. I don’t know about you but It doesn’t look much appetizing at all. It looks like it’s been eaten already. Either way, it’s doesn’t look good. So we go back and customer service isn’t better whatsoever. First, they give excuses about how they can’t give refunds since we went outside of the store we didn’t want to eat after seeing this so we wanted a refund. Then they say that WE WERE SUPPOSED TO INSPECT the food before we left. Keep in mind we took take-out. So every time, we order we’re supposed to check in detail every piece of chicken to see if It has been eaten or has mold or whatever. It doesn’t make much sense. They should provide a better service. Second, they tried to avoid giving us a refund by telling us no one knew how to do a refund which is bs. Then , it took of back and forth to finally get a refund for the chicken since they tried blaming us for the chicken being like that. Anyways, I didn’t ever write a negative review before but this is different. I mean how would you feel if you food came like that and you saw the customer return their food before. Who knows what they do that we don’t know. What a waste of time and money!
