Went to Tim Hortons this morning and ordered my husband a bagel with egg sausage blt. I ordered an extra egg paid 1.70$ extra for it.. this sandwich is so sad. They gave me half a second egg and the lettuce looked like it’s been outside for days. How could the lettuce be that ruined and old at 8:00am?nNot to mention that the service is horrible and slow. They hired a bunch of kids that don’t give you service as a client. For a big chain what poor service and food quality.
First time coming to Tim Horton in CA. The guy behind the till was incredibly warm and welcoming. Was great at taking us through the drink options, and recommending donuts. We’re glad we went with his recommendation. The place was packed with customers, and it seemed like customers were being served quickly. The wait at the till to be served was not long at all!nnWasn’t a huge fan of the coffee but was glad to have tried it. The guy, on being asked to, did warm up my donuts which was great!
Christmas Eve and decided to grab breakfast while doing some last minute shopping/errands with my mother. Our order was a croissant with Timmatin breakfast sandwich. We waited over 20 minutes standing asking what was the hold up after 10 minutes. They then told us to wait it wouldn't be long. Meanwhile the kitchen staff laughed and handed my mother a cold breakfast sandwich that seemed to be taken from a fridge or freezer. After a few very deceiving visits after going there for over 10 years, I can honestly say I will NEVER be going there anymore. No customer service is service whatsoever is provided at this Tim Hortons.
Ask if they had cream of broccoli soup , takeout lady says yes we have ! Ordered one regular size proceeded to the window paid got our order come home it’s chicken noodles! How
The quickest Tim's I have ever been, the order is always correct also! Highly recommend. Even in the morning rush, you're in and out in 2-3min.
