Went to Tim Hortons this morning and ordered my husband a bagel with egg sausage blt. I ordered an extra egg paid 1.70$ extra for it.. this sandwich is so sad. They gave me half a second egg and the lettuce looked like it’s been outside for days. How could the lettuce be that ruined and old at 8:00am?nNot to mention that the service is horrible and slow. They hired a bunch of kids that don’t give you service as a client. For a big chain what poor service and food quality.
Standard tim hortons. Some of the staff are nice the guys who work cash inside especially, some are ok. At the drive thru, one of the girls tells you bye bye 5 times before you can even put coffee in place and your debit card or cash away.
This happened, March 21 2026: at 10pm The guy couldn’t even make a bagel and then when I asked him to fix it because there was almost no cream cheese. The bagel wasn’t cut too, and it wasn’t cooked, and when he gave it back to me, it was burnt to a crisp, barely edible The cream cheese was perfect and he still didn’t cut it in half but at that point I had had enough. Because he was extremely rude when he handed me back my bagel, he said in a very sarcastic tone I hope this one’s to your satisfaction and makes you smile.
The service inside the restaurant is incredible before 10:00 am. I’ve noticed service after 10-11 am is the worst! I’ve been going there for years, it never seems to be any better after those hours. I don’t know what it is? But service inside the restaurant is really good and fast, the workers on the cash are so humble and sweet, they know what I want to order before I even say anything! Amazing employees inside the store, love having my breakfast before 11:00 am!nnAnytime I go through the drive thru, well that’s a whole story, services at the drive thru is disgustingly awful ! Always messing up my coffee, trying to return it after paying and then driving back thru to tell her my coffee is not right, she argues with me ?* rushing me thru even before I put my coffee in the cup holder, she proceeds to say “ ok bye, go hurry up, we’re working on the timer” ! Those women in the early morning on the window are so miserable, especially the two that I always get! Finally found out the name of one of them Anita That one needs a serious warning, she’s so awful to deal with, especially first thing in the morning!!! She’s just not a nice person!!! ! I hate the drive thru
The layout of this Tim Hortons drive-thru makes absolutely no sense from a traffic flow perspective. It’s honestly shocking that this design ever got approved — how did no one notice the issues? What’s even more surprising is that none of the other reviews are bringing this glaring issue up.nnTo make matters worse, the below-average quality of food and service from this branch doesn’t help its case. It’s obviously deserving of a 0 out of 5 but since that’s not an option let’s go with 1.
