Dear McDonald's Management,nnI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Samson Laval location on December 22 at 3:12 am I arrived at your restaurant approximately one hour before the scheduled menu switch time, only to be informed by the staff that the restaurant was closing early and that I could not be served.nnThis early closure and refusal of service were highly disappointing, as it was well before the advertised time for the menu change. Not only did this create inconvenience, but it also reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer care expected from a reputable chain like McDonald's.nnI request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for why this occurred. I also hope steps will be taken to ensure that customers are not subjected to such disruptions in the future, especially when they are arriving well within operating hours.nnThank you for your attention to this matter. How disappointing anymore you order something that you're craving and pay extra for it as I ordered the quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and they got one tiny paper thick sliver of bacon on there what a freaking joke should be ashamed of themselves already just a burger alone cost $10
