Was given the wrong order and when I came back through the drive thru was given attitude by the lady at the speaker as if it was my fault I was given the wrong item. The outside is also filthy, can’t imagine what the inside looks like. Won’t be back here unfortunately.
The renovations you made seems to me to have been made to look cold and uninviting so that patrons will refrain from dinning in. You even removed the outdoor patio. The only way better to make people not want to be there would be to put up a sign saying stay out.
I go to McDonald’s on a daily basis, most times twice a day to purchase coffee. I always hit the Dundas location cause it’s close to home. I don’t often have good experiences with this location. I either have to wait a good 2-5 mins before someone even takes my order and I’ll watch other people getting there order taken that were behind me. Today was the final straw, order my lg coffee. She says I’m sorry we out of lg cups and makes me get the next size up. Im sorry but it’s not my problem if you don’t have the size cup I want then they should just automatically give the next size up and not charge the customer. That’s only a bit of what I go through. Not good for business
don’t expect your order to be made properly because no one here knows how to read. since when does a cheeseburger not include cheese?? this happens nearly everytime. and the food always tastes old and reheated
Bad customer service in a very dirty restaurant. Asked 3 times for a tray rather than a bag, no ketchup cups and asked while waiting. Nobody brought any or offered ketchup packages until 5 min after our order was ready. They ran out of cups....so dont you think to maybe give packages to a customer clearly waiting for ketchup? Lastly, this location was just renovated and it is like putting lipstick on a pig. Food all over the floor, garbages full, tables dirty. New girl on cash and was clearly struggling with where buttons were and there was no help for her. She didnt even attempt to ask for help and just said she didnt know how to do that when asked for extra mayo. I have patience but this has not been a successful or pleasant dinner. Placed an order thru SkiptheDishes. For $50 I recieved 2 large fries, 1 burger and 3 drinks. No extra sauces that I paid for!!! No Happy Meal, no double big mac. The boxes of fries were HALF filled. Skip or the restaurant will not fix the issue. A girl on the phone from the restaurant said sorry once it leaves the restaurant its not our problem. HOW DO YOU LET SOMEONES ORDER LEAVE THE RESTAURANT LIKE THAT!! Disgusting.
My order just gets messed up too often even for a drive through. I would say about 25% of the time there is something missing. Hot cakes without syrup or utensils, burrito meal with one missing one time icy cold. Wrong sandwich etc. This was before the renovations started as well. I actually drive past this Mc Donald's sometimes and go to the other one.
Was just at the 980 Dundas newly renovated location and was shocked to hear a staff member at the drive-through window speak poorly about a customer who apparently couldn't make up her mind about a decaffeinated coffee or something to that effect. Being vocal with a full room for breakfast is unacceptable, and talking bad about a customer issue is totally uncalled for and unprofessional, but taking the Lord's name in vain to describe the customer at a loud volume so everybody can hear is inexcusable. The service was brutal as far as organization goes as well, it's like it was a grand opening at a first-time location and they hadn't a clue what was going on and who was doing what. I listened to another older gentleman stating he was a regular before, always had his coffee ready when he came in, and he was thoroughly upset at waiting over 5 minutes while we both watched 3 other coffees waiting in the Q. He said he was using up his gift card he received from a family member and would never be back. He was going to Wendys from now on. I too will never return to this location. I spoke to the manager girl on duty, and she said she would let another manager know about this incident. Not sure that will happen, but she did apologize to this employee.
Consistently messing up order's. Can't even get a plain hamburger. How hard can that be. Apparently pretty tough. Definitely not the first time either. Come on please !
