Best tasting Burgers and Crispy Chicken sandwiches, taste was great fries where nice and hot if you need a quick bite to eat this is the place to go

Place was clean and not busy when I went in. Fast service and burger done to my liking

Usually the food is pretty good at our local Harvey’s but this week we had cheeseburgers and regular poutine. The poutine was smaller than usual portion and the gravy was terrible. Almost sickening. Couldn’t eat it.

Customer service amazing. Lindsey who took our order was very friendly and fast. The food was delicious and the staff worked hard.

Terrible service. 15 minutes in the drive thru. Never made it to the microphone. Backed up out of the drive way after 3 othet cars did the same thing. Went inside. Took 10 mins for them to acknowledge me. I made an order on the app. They were unable to cancel it. No manager would talk to me. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Other times had slow service but this was the worst

The staff need more training on how to garnish a burger, and also the fries looked very dark because oil was not changed on time.

This is our go-to place after shopping in the afternoon. Harvey's is our 'fine dining' experience. The food is always good. The staff 'recognizes' us and makes us feel welcome.

Our Angus burgers were so over cooked, charged about the edges and dried out. Almost like they were cold and thrown back on the grill to rewarm. What a disappointment. Not the first time experiencing disappointment at the St. Thomas location.Food: 1/5

I was driving eastbound on 401 and took the exit for Harvey's... a little far from the highway but the drive was definitely worth it! For the first time ever, the person that put my toppings on knew what "lots of hot peppers" meant. Food was nice and hot, freshly made of course, I had an Angus burger with cheese and my wife had a junior burger. Fries tasted very good as well, The only difference I noticed was the gravy was a little lighter in color than the local Harvey's, but it still tasted pretty good. This franchise looks fairly new, and has been well maintained and when we went at least it was very clean, even though it was just after the evening rush. Will definitely keep it in mind when I'm passing Woodstock in the future. Parking: Plenty of parking in scramble lot.

I like coming here the staff are always so bright and cheerful and easily one of the most friendly fast food experiences I've had in my life
