The taste of their butter chicken poutine sauce was average. Primarily did not enjoy that the fries served were not crispy and would wilt on the fork. Costco poutine was better in comparison which is unfortunate considering that the chain specializes in French fries .Food: 2/5

I stopped at this on route on my way to kitchener from London. I tried the butter chicken poutine. It was so good. It was full of flavor and delicious. The portion was quite good as well. It was enough for one person to get full. Definitely going back again.
Good poutine. Clean over all rest stop. Staff were friendly enough, prices and portions were adequate. Would recommend.
My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way to Toronto and our man Paul was so friendly and so generous. he made us the best poutine ever and his customer service was beyond amazing. Paul you are the man!
PPL like the poutine cuz its saucy! I have simple taste and I love my potatoes. I had to go back to get fresh fries they were overcooked. But, she was good about a replacement without arguing...rare these days for this old man. It was near closing time too. Make sure you request no salt if you don't like a lot on it. The hot dog was good. Be NICE to the staff they may travel far, or get caught in traffic jams which delays them getting home. LOLRemember if you're going to eat at onRoute make sure you're starving. LOL
got butter chicken fries, it was finger lickin good! Girl working there was great, she greeted me very happily. Made my best experience, will definitely visit again if I get chance.
Very nice customer service and very delicious food. They have very good behaviour towards the customers. I do recommend this location. Because of jazz who’s working there she work real quick and smart way and very good behaviour towards the customer. !
One of the workers here has absolute terrible customer service she was rude and once we got our food one of the poutine boxes was open and on its side spilling into the bag and the hot dog we got had absolutely nothing on it. We also were missing a whole fry. Overall she made the experience absolutely terrible.
