The person taking your order, cooking and serving is not wearing a proper mask and gloves. They are not following the guidelines. Mask kept slipping and he is nose and mouth was not covered. I asked for vinegar and they gave be a cleaning bottle sprayer. I wish I can do less than 1 star.

Staff does a great job of cleaning the restaurant and taking the necessary precautions for COVID. Burger and fries were great as well! Nice interior with reclaimed wood too

Refused service at 8:50 pm on a Friday night. The website states 10pm, as Im writing this review their website is still informing that it is "closing soon". We will never drive all the way to Woodstock to eat here again.

Incredibly delicious as always.

I pre ordered online and I still had to wait for my food to be made. And I got a large poutine and it was extremely disappointing, there was hardly any poutine in the box. The food was good but the service was disappointing

Food was delicious.  Experience not so much. Manager not covering face with mask. Customers walking around without a mask no one telling them to wear one. Poor vigilance.

The food is great, the menu options are vast and the hamburgers are jumbo real beef patties cooked to perfection. The fries are crisp, and this establishment is L.L.B.O licensed. Great choice in Woodstock, Ontario.

Good food, good price, nice staff

I got the bourbon street burger combo. Fries were the highlight, they were perfectly crispy and seasoned, however the burger was extremely bland. If it wasn't for the barbeque sauce it would've been inedible. No sense in putting two burger patties if it's the worst taste
