Firehouse Subs Norwich Ave. Woodstock

Friendly staff props to the dude of shorter stature and great vibes! Firehouse subs never let's me down. And it must be known that the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub is otherworldly! I drop off the mayo so it doesn't cut that Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce... which is divine on its own! Hot damn, I am salivating again :

Maybe the subs would have been good... if they put the meat on it. My family got four subs - two of them didn't have any meat except a single piece of bacon. So disgusting for my first time eating at this restaurant!

We recently ordered take out and unfortunately there was a mistake in the order. I called them and they took care of it by replacing the sub and even offering a free drink/cookie. Assistant manager Raffi took care of it and he absolutely went above and beyond to make us happy. Excellent customer service from him!

My favourite location. Staff is always so friendly; especially Kyle you can tell he really loves his job and he’s so great with customers! Ontop of that all, food is always fresh and delicious!

Subs are good; worth the price of a steak dinner for a submarine sandwich combo? Probably not. I will say, if your going to advertise on thick cut bacon, lets be honest; even mcdonalds bacon is thicker. And the staff trying to convince me that they have the best brownies around? With the numbered sticker on the bottom of the packaging and the dry powdery texture; I can safely assume this was made over a week ago. Again, subs ARE good, though outrageously priced.

Great staff team on Monday October 3rd evening. Had a great dine-in meal with my wife, and then left. Driving towards home, 30 minutes later, realized we had forgot a very special item at our table! Phoned Firehouse Subs Woodstock, and they said they found it and are holding it for return. Drove back and picked it up. Thank you team for your honestly and integrity.

Firehouse is the only place I'll ever get a sub! Specifically the Sweet and Spicy Meatball sub. It's literally heaven on earth. Every single time. This location is always fast and always delicious!

Hi I am he still waiting after 37 minutes for my sub I’ve seen the manager in the red/ pink hair turn away 3 customers saying subs are going to be 30 minutes who is the owner please come save this place and a guy who came for a pick up a hour ago he ordered it they started making it when he got here LOL

I love coming to this place for a bite to eat. Most recently I ordered a Hook & Ladder. Really tasty. If you're tired of other submarine sandwich joints, try this place!Food: 5/5
