McDonald's

Nice clean location. Staff is fast and friendly. I believe this is a new location as well. If you are eating in the restaurant they will give you a little gizmo to take to your table and then they come and bring the food right to your table. They even filled the drink cup for us too. Living in a technology filled world makes this place run smooth lol. A great idea for the big city as well...

Have been visiting this McD for a few times a year on our way to Ottawa, when kids want to eat pancakes. The location is not that busy inside during morning hours and is always clean and tidy. The last time we visited amongst other things they messed up my bagel order. When I went back the cashier was very helpful and made sure that it was prepared as needed and also did. It charge me for it. I even told her that I am keeping the bagel as Mrs said she would eat the bagel. She it was fine, I insisted I pay but she said we messed up, so the order was on us. Pretty impressed!! Usually a TH coffee drinker, but now that I have tasted the McD coffee, I find the brew to be consistent at places and find the taste better. Who knows, I may soon switch. BTW, they do need better bagels and some more Vegan and Vegetarian options.

The water in the ladies bathroom was way too hot and would burn a child's hands. I mentioned it to the manager. But the service was great and so was the food

Had a awful experience at this MacDonlds... Wait in line for kiosk then wait in an even longer line to pay then wait again to receive your order while at least seven orders behind me we're picked up still my order was not in progress when I approached the manager she accused me of not paying yet while I have the paid receipt in my hand once I explain that to her she rushed my order a young girl gave me my order told me when we were done everybody would get a free dessert it was me and my three grandchildren we got back to table with my grandson that had ordered a milkshake got an empty cup ordered a muffin did not receive it got that straightened out finished our lunch went back to get a free dessert couldn't find the young girl that said we would get a free dessert and couldn't even make eye contact with anybody else this will be the last time I stop at McDonald's McDonald's is supposed to be fast process of getting your meal and get on the road especially when you're in the middle of Highway 7 this is unacceptable service for McDonald's

Worsted Mc'd in southern Ontario. Disorganized & mismanaged ,- total hot mess. Don't bother unless you're got 25+ minutes to spare, cause you'll be waiting that long for your food; sometimes closer to 30 minutes. Complete disaster. Also, make sure you check your meal - usually missing items, and they once gave me a quarter pounder without the paddy. Also once waited 20 minutes just to see my number just disappear off the screen, the couldn't explain but got my mean for free (but was over 30 minutes) fast food? It's like really? Really?? Worst location. Just really disorganized - they're clearly over their head!!
