Subway

I visited this store on long weekend, there was rush and busy store but even in rush time they made our sub very quickly and fast without wasting our time and also staff is very polite and also helpful to the customer. The workplace is very neat and clean.

I'm a regular, I get my sub is annoying but to be called greedy becuase I like to get my money's worth and would rather taste more food than bread is absolutely not costumer service. I have worked the food industry and if I ever talked to a costumer the way your staff talked to me today I would be in trouble. Your staff could have simply left out the greedy part and just explained that it is hard for them to grill my sub with all the toppings. Their opinions of how I buy my food isn't wanted or needed. It will be awhile again before I buy here becuase this isn't the first time I have been called greedy. I can get the bread and toppings and have more than 1 sub for the price of your subs.

The store is new and looks good but the store manager Mehul or owner are rude. I had a code and he telling why are using the code and it’s 5$ just spend it. He got mad because ppl in front used it too. He doesn’t have a right and need business sense or acumen. Also friend of mine asked for veggie patty and he didn’t had one. We had a great time till we visited the place.

We stopped by this subway at approx 8pm on a Friday night and it was hands down the BEST subway sandwich we've both had. We lost hope for the subway franchise long time ago being from the GTA but will be sure to stop by here each time we're in the area. The sandwich bread was fresh and not stale or hard, the veggies and sauces were generous and made it amazing. The best subway we've been to. We passed by this subway again on a Sunday afternoon and while the experience with the sandwich was great, the location was absolutely filthy.nWhen the store was slow, the two workers were always in the back, neither of them bothered to come clean any tables as guests left, or bothered to clean the floor of all the food everywhere. I carry Lysol wipes and cleaned my own table and chair but other people do not carry this kind of stuff. I would urge subway to train their employees that part of customer service is to make sure place where your customers eat is clean and ready for them to sit to eat.

Very cheap. We bought 100$ sandwiches and they were cheap on toppings if you ask them to put extra they won’t like it .. not going again
