Depending on the people working this Tim Hortons has went down hill fast I mean it’s not hard to make a coffee or a tea but they manage to make it where you need a university degree to. the amount of times my order is messed right up is a little a lot on the Ridiculous side if I order x amount of drinks it’s not my job to sip on everyone and make sure they are right according to a manager like really sorry not everyone is okay with other people drinking out of there drinknEdit day 2 show up order 2 drinks been waiting 12 mins for my stuff while people behind me are getting way more

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced anywhere! Waited a whole 5 minutes and the line didn’t move a single person. Only 3 customers in front of me!nnUpdate. 10 minutes later they finally finished serving one customer. I don’t even know why I’m still here

Third class customer service, there were four employees inside and took them 15 minutes to take my order and when they delivered the order, it was completely messed. The girl didn't show any empathy. She was so rude at the window and then apologize for being late and she gave me the wrong order. I tried to redeem my points, my points were deducted, but she made me to pay. I would never recommend anybody to stop here.

Purchased 20 timbits. They only had 2 flavors left and gave us 10 birthday cake and 10 old-fashioned. I was the only one out of the two of us who liked those kinds. I would have liked the option of declining them. A week later on, Smile Cookie Day, we purchased one and didn't get it in the bag. The proceeds went to a good thing at least.

This location has friendly staff and speedy service but lacks one important thing: never any proper donut selection by mid day. Always out of powdered donuts, which are popular, and strawberry vanilla ones. Poor selection by early afternoon and evening. Make more donuts!!
