This shop it's getting worse and worse every day,  im eating here every day and at least 3 days a week they don't have ice cream  including in honest day of the week - they run out of ingredients by 12, today they are even missing salt, quality of the potatoes realy went down as well, out 5 days I'm missing items from my order , tables when and if are getting cleaned it's by using the same dirty rag see photo  . Please get someone to actually managed this place properly

Poor Food Quality Poor Manager Customer service I onestly ask to replace my spicy Chicken nuggets as they were HARD and manager tell me they are fresh by just touching the outside of box .manager didn’t even bother to check or open the box I just said I don’t want to eat anymore as I was very upset. The only thing I wanted was having fresh and nice meal i paid for… Hopefully review will be read and action for better Quality Control and better training for customers service will be take. Was a Very sad experience .

To be honest, they've never gotten my order wrong. They have the screens you can order from. I have been very very drunk in here when it's packed and still walked away happy. Pretty legendary stop off on a late night journey home when sozzled. Also open earlier than the other coffee and breakfast places on Sunday mornings if you're getting an early morning Sunday train from Clapham Junction station.

A very poor experience every time. The staff at McDonald’s in Clapham Junction are very rude, poorly trained, and couldn’t care less about their customers, who are paying their wages.  The managers are similarly rude, argumentative and hostile. Instead of focusing on providing a satisfactory customer experience, like they do in other McDonald’s branches, the managers at Clapham Junction seem to think that being a manager is an excuse to spend their shift arguing with the public, even though they are always in the wrong. They need to feel big and important by arguing with their customers!  The managers are poorly trained and lack any managerial skills whatsoever. They collude with junior staff who have been involved in misconduct, and take no notice of customer concerns. Burgers are often presented falling apart when you take them out of the box, and my friends and I frequently have to eat cold or mildly tepid, warm food, instead of properly prepared hot food.  Service is very slow, even at non-busy times, in the middle of the week, when you can wait 20 minutes, simply for a burger and a cup of tea. The staff and managers are incompetent, and when it comes to busy times at weekends, you are typically waiting up to an hour, simply for a burger and a drink. The eating area is often dirty and is not cleaned for many hours. The front of house lobby staff often speak no English whatsoever.  The customer toilet is filthy and a public health hazard, however, managers are not bothered to do anything, despite repeated pleas from customers.  The security guard is very strange, for example, recently customers were complaining about a man who was harassing people in the restaurant. The security guard asked him to leave , but was more afraid for his own safety when the man refused to leave, allowing the man to continually harass customers, while the security guard, and managers turned a blind eye.  There are many lovely McDonald’s restaurants in the area, however, this one is a blemish to the name of the McDonald's brand.

This is your standard McDonald's affair. Order on the big screen, wait to collect then eat. It's open till wow late on Fridays and weekends.  I've been there at 3am before, not sure when it shuts. They have a security guard there when it's late though. They do have a toilet there.Food: 4/5

I order my meal a couple of nights ago while I left work. I wanted to get my dinner sorted and as I order my burger and chip on the screen the receipt wasn't coming out. I spoke to the supervisor and she said “do you know your number” I replied yes “so don't forget your number”. I am not coming back until the skills that need to be developed because I know if 1 Report comes it affects the restaurants and the staff members, please teach them about customers service skills and probably I'll come back.

Popped in last night after my train was cancelled. Used self-service kiosk - no receipts. Watched as a manager put my order in a bag, pressed the call forward button, put the receipt under the bag and left it on the side. Member of staff was too busy chatting to someone to give me my food. 4 bags stacked up before I was given - well it was dumped on the counter in front of me.  Lazey, slow, poor.

Pretty quick service, considering the number of people in there. Food was just the standard Mcdonald's fare - burger and chips. Enough seats downstairs to sit comfortably at my own table.Food: 4/5

My order number disappeared on the screen so I asked a lovely employee what was wrong and she went straight to the counter and found my order and gave it to me. She also packed my order really well to enable me to get the bus home without spilling anything.

After having the tea they told me when I wanted to use the toilets that is closed. When I started complaining they asked me if I'm customer, then reluctantly opened the toilets. Really are they that blind? Spent nearly 50 minutes there..Food: 4/5
