Excellent food the staff was super friendly one of my favorite spots to eat in the mall food is always prepared perfect and the portions are great if your in the mall looking for something to eat I highly recommend checking out Newyork fries in the avalon mall 10/10.
The food has unfortunately gone downhill. I do understand they need to be fast during a busy time, but the supervisor on duty was rude and showed no care. Honestly just disappointing!
Very poor customer experience. Got butter chicken and paid for bacon topping but got half a tea spoon of bacon. And on the plus side half of the fries were half done. Never going again there.
Got a fries with dressing and gravy. Would've been nice to get the gravey. They use a pump left 90% of it dry

Kindest staff and the best food. Went to pick up a poutine for lunch today and my Apple Pay wouldn’t work. I told the cashier I was freaking out, she assured me it was okay and helped me quickly fix the problem. The other worker gave me my poutine with a smile and it tasted great. Best place to eat in town!
Best poutine ever and the employees are so friendly always serves you with a smile no matter how long the queue gets.
