***March 20th. About4:03pm... Waited forever to get service at counter. She kept doing delivery orders. If this location needs staff please hire more. If you have time walk in. But might be faster in drive thru.Food: 5/5
Every time I come. They make me wait for atleast 10 to 15 minutes pulled around to the front while going through drive thru. Amd every single time the order is wrong. No exaggeration. Every single time. Today specifically they forgot half of our order. HALF of it. Like how does that even happen?
Please be aware of the wood chairs near the sofa. The screws had been removed or fallen out. The chair broke and my friend fell. Fortunately no one was injured. I brought this to the attention of the manager. Who was not very apathetic in the discussion and dismissed me immediately. He did not even ask if the person was injured. Overall I found the place to be dirty and more representative of a fast food restaurant in a high traffic area.
Always getting orders wrong and poor service!! 0/10 Not sure what's wrong with this Mcdonald's every time I go something is missing or the order is wrong. Went on Thursday 10 Piece Nuggets Combo McDouble No mustard and Iced coffee not complicated. burger had mustard on it and very greasy nuggets were Lukewarm and soggy not sure if they were undercooked or the burger was under cooked, I ended up getting sick food poisoning for 2 days. Staff is always young and not attentive they seem to not care about good service you never see anybody over 30 working there.
Came for one singular combo after dinner rush and was parked to wait. Kind of confused as to why I'm waiting then realise it isn't just my small order they are parking but every single customer is waiting and there's no spots left to even be parked. Get the food and nothing is fresh and the order isn't even all there. Next time my response will be no I can't park give me my money back. Maybe by the time they process the refund the food will be ready. Are there any places that the staff actually work? Also 20 mins for one combo? this is a bit of a stretch. Zero stars isn't an option.
Ordered food a kids meal chicken nuggets in drive thro only gave 2 nuggets my drink was coke no ice they put diet on the order i corrected them they fixed it i got my drink had ice had them give me one with no ice it was diet. The burger the cheese was 90% off the burger on each one. This place is extreamly sloppy careless and also cant count to 4. Basic math training is obviously needed. Management needs to be stronger never have seen a place so sloppy. Fast food or not still no excuse for not counting to 4
Employees told me it opened at 4am. Me and my co worker sat behind garbage pails in the drive through line waiting for coffee’s and breakfast till 4:30 until we moved the garbage pail. The worker running the drive through then told me they were still on lay over for another 30 minutes. No other place was open so we waited just to find out they weren’t opening until 5:30, absolutely ridiculous to be late for work and without coffee and breakfast after a long midnight shift.
McDonalds is always a kids favorite, even bug kids. The food is good, service is fast & they have a playhouse. My order gets mixed up a bit sometimes but no big deal. The coffee is pretty good for a fast food place. Really good variety of food. From dirty good to sweets to healthy salads.
We all know what McDonalds offers and should taste like, unfortunatley the service and order accuracy here is terrible. Each time we get food from this location something in the order is wrong or the food tastes like its been sitting. Not a fan, id rather go somewhere else.Food: 2/5
The worst mc Donald’s ever they messed up my order the last 2 time I came here I ordered 2 double Big Macs and they gave me 2 quarter hamburgers and then I ordered here again and I asked for a sausage McMuffin no egg and no cheese and they gave me a sausage mc muffin with egg and cheese it’s seems like everytime I order from here they mess up my order never come here don’t recommend
