Got a big bacon double burger the other night with my husband.  Got it home and I decided wasn't hungry for it until today. Opened my burger I ordered without tomato and onions only to find my big bacon double didn't even have bacon on it! It had onions instead.  Poor service since the parking lot was empty and they weren't even busy! Glad I ordered my kid chicken nuggets  or I would have had a 11 year old kid crying because someone can't do a proper job with building a burger to order.  Thanks for nothing Wendy's!  Yuck

There was nothing good about this meal. Ordered chili instead of fries. There was as much chili on the outside of the container as there was on the inside. The burger - oh my, it was dry, tasteless and cooked beyond recognition. It truly had to be on the grill or flat top for more than a couple of hours. Disappointed.

Service is always slow, food is sometimes hot/fresh but usually just warm.  Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food places, wish this location could offer better food and service.Food: 3/5

Rude staff and food was absolutely ice cold. Not even a little bit warm. Cheese wasn't even melted on burgers and when asked for mustard, mayo, onion and EXTRA pickle, we got burgers with a small dab of mayo and that's it. Two burgers, fries and nuggets and ALL of it was cold like it sat even though they were special order burgers. I'll never go back. The McDonald's in town is bad but not even this bad.

Generally runs slow, hardly ever get hot fries, usually "room" temp. Ordered a sandwich today and got the wrong sandwich and I think it had been made earlier and left on a heat plate. The meat was dry, and really hard and chewy on the edge like it may have even been reheated. Really sad I wasted almost 12 bucks for cold fries and the wrong sandwich.

I ordered inside the restaurant at 530 pm Saturday 2/4. There where no baked potatoes available as none where made, no napkins at any receptacle, no napkins behind the counter, and none being given to carry out. The tables where dirty, all the inside garbage cans full and overflowing. There where no drive thru customers or people inside and the employees where doing what they do best. Nothing. Pretty lousy way to run a business.

Cold fries with our meals took them back to the counter. Took them over 10 minutes to get new ones. Then they were  way over cooked they were crunchy hard. Worst meal I ever had at a Wendy's will not go back there .

5 Stars for customer service. The line was fast. Keep in mind that I just recently moved to Clinton from Westland, so I'm used to having to wait a bit for my food. This line was pretty fast for having 5 cars in it; very efficient. The lady taking my order was extremely nice, even after I thought I forgot my wallet and tried to use tap to pay. Luckily I found it after picking up my mail. She understood and we both laughed about it. The gentleman who handed me my food was quick but still nice. My entire order was correct, so we love that.  Subtract 1 Star for my chicken sandwhich. It was awful. Very off taste to it. I thought that maybe it was the tomato or lettuce. Sometimes I'm picky about my produce. I took off the tomato and lettuce, and it still just had a really funky taste to it. I'm pretty sure it was the cheese after that, but I just threw it away. The chicken nuggets and fries were pretty good though.  PSA: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT TAP TO PAY!

I always love me some Wendy's! My double cheese burger and fries were fresh and hot. The lines was fast and the customer service was freindly and on point! You want a quick bite and great service come here!  :

Asked if we could substitute our fries with the meal with bacononator  fries. They said yes, charged us, but gave us regular fries. Asked for no bun on a grilled chicken sandwich and they made it with the bun. The fries and everything barely warm.  There was no parmasean chips with the salad. What happened to their chicken sandwhiches? I remember the spicy chicken sandwhich being really good. What i got was a tiny little filet of chicken. Very lazy and lack of attention to detail, and the food was not great. After being charged 34 dollars for two chicken sandwich meals, a salad, and small Chilli this visit was very disappointing. It appears the cost has gone way up, but the quality has dropped very low.
