Not gonna lie I thought they were closed but pulling up to the speaker I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who suggested some very great coffee! I tried the new pumpkin spice latte and it was great! I have never had one of those before and I got a chocolate donut. Also amazing! Very quick service and friendly staff!

Wonderful Tim Hortons location. The employees here work incredibly hard to deliver a wonderful customer experience. Its hard these days with short staffing being everywhere but this location performs the best compared to the others in the area. Fast and quality service. The only time ive had a wait is during a rush when its unavoidable. Shoutout to Crystal for being awesome! Vegetarian options: Various customizations for dishes to make them vegetarian friendly Kid-friendliness: Good small share dishes that would be perfect for little ones and drink options. Parking: Parking is close to the store, roughly 15 spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, drive-thru options, door is not automatic however.

Like this place.. but sometimes they are closed when we come through and it's not closing timeand not always do they have my unsweet tea. It's my favorite spot for tea when they have it. Sometimes they tell me it's too late for tea and it's only five. Never understood it but they are still at least a 3 star on a good dayFood: 3/5

I love Tim Hortons, just not the one in Tecumseh, MI. Uh. . . I heard it was bad but, I like TH so much I figured it can't be that bad. Let me tell you. It was! I'm talking about the coffee. It wasn't what we asked for. One peppermint with soy and pumpkin spice with soy and splenda. It was black coffee with whip cream, Carmel. Yuck!! I can tell they didn't add soy because my stomach hurts. Lactose intolerance unfortunately. Anyway, I will drive the extra 15 minutes next time I crave some Tims. Sorry Mr. Horton, nothing personal.

Hours posted on the site and at the store say open at 6 am. At 6:20 i tried to enter and doors were locked, lady at counter shook her head at me and then ignored me. I like tim hortons but this branch sucks, another covid excuse. If your not open during the hours you post, CHANGE YOUR HOURS SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE THERE TIME.

They open at 6A.M. and I was there at that time waiting in line to order. No one ever took my order. Eventually I was gonna be late for work if I stayed any longer. I ended up leaving at 6:10 A.M. and still no one took my order. If a store opens at a certain time. That means that they are willing to serve their customers at that time. Tim Hortons needs to hire some new people, especially managers.

One of my very favorite places to go and hang out if I’ve got work to do. Messed up and social distanced, they do a great job of cleaning tables after each use. The food here is not quite up my alley, but I love the coffee and the donuts.

Staff are unable to handle stress. When there is a line of cars, they will become snippy with you if you have an inexperienced coffee runner trying to order original black coffee for a group of coffee drinkers and not knowing there are different kinds of coffee options on their menu. Instead of listing off the coffee options they instead kept snapping at driver asking what kind they wanted and wouldn't list what they had. 1/21/23 update: I feel like they've definitely improved since my last review. Despite the first couple of less than ideal interactions with them in the past over a year ago, this past year, they've improved. I no longer see stressed staff when there is a line if cars, and they are more friendly if you have questions on a busy day.

Consistently turned away from business during my morning walk. Have to go to Burger King next door. Upside I would of never otherwise discovered Burger King's new breakfast melts. They got a ham, egg and cheese one that is just fantastic.
