Pros. Order was completed quickly Friendly staff. Not as greasy as it was before. Cons. After my wife asked twice for the sandwich not to be spicy, they used spicy mayo, or whatever it is. Attention to detail, not so much. It's KFC.
This place has to be the worst kfc that I've ever gone to. Let me just start by saying that this service is terrible. The people that work here don't know how to treat customers and also do not know how to do their jobs. All I did was ask politely for some extra napkins and the worker looked at me and ignored me. After seeing that I did not insert a tip, she ignored me once again and shut the window. This place is better off just shutting down or firing quite a large number of their staff.
I just picked up an order from KFC Manning and I want to staff to know I was impressed with there team work. Seems like a great place to work. I went through the drive thru and was told chicken would be ready in 20 minutes. I thought I'll come back. When I came back I was told Chicken would be in 20 minutes? Well I didnt pay and they only put the chicken down once they get the order. So I paid and went inside to wait. What I found out is I am from the past. The new world of online ordering is the standard today. Especially I was told for chicken on the bone. A learning experience for me, I just can't believe ?
Takes longer than it should, staff sometimes are short with people, not sure if due to atmosphere at their workplace or what. Not organized very well. Check your order before you head out.Food: 4/5
Ridiculous wait time, at least on weekends. Be prepared to sit in drive through for up to 30 minutes. Great, fresh, food. Just not properly staffed and managed.
The staff was very polite and caring and the food was great however, definitely will hesitate to go eat there again. The floor was so greasy and slippery that it was a hazard just to get inside from the door to the ordering counter then to the table...they had the wet floor signs up possibly to cover their back in case of a lawsuit if someone slips and falls, but it wasn't wet! It was oil! My shoes were so slippery even after that when i went to my car, they were sliding off my break pedal and i had to pull in a parking spot to clean them and then proceed to drive again! Hot water and dish soap should do the trick.... please appreciate your customers preference that choose to spend their hard earned money at your establishment.
As unhealthy as it is the kernels 11 herbs and spices are a guilty pleasure. I don't like to admit that i like to eat KFC. Having said that, there's this kid that works there who is so unbelievably nice. He makes sure that the food comes out fresh and hot. He doesn't like anything to be sitting around and getting cold or soggy. I normally order online and pick up. When I do this kid is so apologetic because he feels either the french fries or the chicken may have sat around to long so he wants to make a fresh batch. He must have had his head bitten off by a few customers who are too impatient to wait because he's so apologetic about it.
OMG! Where do I start? Ordered online, said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there and they hadn’t even started to make my order. Waited another 30 minutes. Ordered a drink, didn’t get it. Of course I had already driven home. Ordered all dark meat 18 piece bucket, got a mixed bucket. Ordered macaroni salad, they were out. Gravy usually my favourite part was thin and tasteless. Fry box was only 3/4 full. Staff unfriendly. So disappointing! Definitely not worth the $70 I paid. From now on I’ll get broasted chicken down the street.
Store was very clean , actually it looked cozy to just sit down and eat with my family. Food was very good , staff extremly nice and friendly, brandon has a great customer service, the food was made fresh . Thank you to brandon and to the cook. I left happy and satisfied. Recommend it.
Came today to the store on Amy croft road ,was very happy from the service that was provided by brandon , he went out of his way to find me the same deal that was on their KFC.ca . The food was very fresh and delicious. Fries very fresh ,chickens not oily or greasy . Thank you brandon , for sure i will be back again.
