It took them more than 30 minutes to finish my order, they didn't have a single customer later to realize that I was wrong. they gave my order to someone else I went back to get it fixed and they gave it to me wrong again, maybe the girl is new I'm not from this city I was just passing through, I came back one more time and the lady was very rude and wanted to see me see as the culprit, in total it took more than 50 min for 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. They have 2 employees here only 1 or 2 costumer during the time a was there so there are no excuses.
I spend between 40 and 70 when I come into Bk. I had an order that was miss part of it. I called multiple times and no answer. So I went in and informed them that my order was missing a whopper and fries. I was told that this was the second I asked to talk to someone else and was told to callperson that came in and was missing part of their order. Thei girl that was behind the counter said I had to bring all my food back to make sure I wasn’t lying. I told her I sent my husband to work with his food and I threw away one whopper because my daughter got sick on her sandwich. She then informed me that she was not going to replace the missing food. I told her what was in the bags and she didn’t care. This is not the first time I’ve been missing food but this time I came in to get it replaced. She said why do I keep coming back and I was angry so I told her the truth because this is the only BK in Tecumseh. I did ask to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and two other girls that were there were the manager also. I asked to talk to someone who was above her and she said for me to call the corporate office. Which I left a message. I was told that they go by B.l.a.s.t. This bk must of miss the Email! I will not be spending my money there any more!
My kids and I go here every week for breakfast and homeschool work. Everyone that works here is kind and they allow us to work quietly for over an hour, no problem sitting in the restaurant and pulling out all our books. I'm so grateful to have found a nice, clean, and accommodating environment for my family to come every week.
Not happy to find the door locked before 8pm!!! Had a great experience last night and treated very well and left a nice survey as requested by staff. I told staff how. Ice it was to find a place open when I got done working. I went back tonight for the free whopper from doing the survey and looking forward to getting out of the cold! I was told inside was open til 11. Well I found sals was open and iit is nice and warm and my waitress is great. Very disappointed in. Burger King today
Food is really good. Just wish the prices didn't go up so high. Use to use coupons for family bundle was 12.99 now 16.99. I still go there just not as much.Food: 5/5
The employees and food have always been great, until my latest experience with a rude, condescending manager whose name started with a K, who decided to be snarky and argumentative when I simply asked how to get my money back for a mobile order after their power went out. Not a good look BK!

Normally great, but when I got home this time was missing items.Food: 4/5
I ordered a 2 for 6 and they charged me for 2 two for sixes. When i only wanted one. Charged me 6 dollars for an extra patty, then wanted to argue with me about it. Then offered me a vanilla milkshake and poured caramel syrup in it which im allergic to. I will never eat at this burger king ever again.
