For the longest time we wanted to try this place, as it was always busy but this time we were able to find a table ahead of time and outside as we wanted. They were very accommodating as we came with a stroller and we sat outside. Service is top notch, no doubt, the burgers are delicious although overpriced but that my be everywhere in Banff, the only thing that felt out of place were the fries, as they look, taste and feel like the ones you get at the grocery store. Overall I would recommend it and would definitely come back. May only feedback to them would be to make their own fries. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and a beyond meat burger Kid-friendliness: They were super accommodating with out little one Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp in the front of the building to access the restaurant Dietary restrictions: They have options beyond just burgers and you can ask for changes on your order to accommodate dietary restrictions
This is a great burger. Honestly. A great, juicy, big, meaty burger. We went with the Eddie Classic. Not complicated, just right. I would 100% go there again, the beer was cold. What more could you ask for? The sweet potato fries were super crispy and the regular fries not too shabby. 10/10 would recommend.
Good quality food overall but for the price it’s about or below average. This is a pricier burger spot, and the food is good but not everything is worth the price in my experience. The burgers themselves are fine, decently juicy and good portions. The fries are also just fine, but honestly McDonald’s fries are better for the price. The wings are also very pricey and you can find better at most wings spots around. With all that said, the food is still good, just not as good as the price suggests. I still recommend it if you’re looking to dine in at a non fast food restaurant in Banff.
What an evening...We came here to try the burgers on a friend's recommendation and have to say it was a lovely experience. Nothing like a regular burger joint. We tried the burgers with the Bison and the Elk patties and they were delicious. They were made fresh and the ambience was electrifying. Though wait times here are crazy. So book in advance. The service was amazing too... Definitely recommend. Please like my review if you find it helpful. Vegetarian options: They do serve a veggie burger. Kid-friendliness: They offer kid meals too.
Unique burgers with uncommon patties made from bison, elk, etc. with interesting combinations of flavours. Good service and great views of the village from the patio. Love the milkshake and cocktail selections too!
This was our first real meal after 3 days camping in Banff. Because we were driving late back to Calgary, we opted out of trying a drink- although they looked delicious. We split a large order of poutine definitely shareable and some wings ordered honey garlic and it was mostly honey flavored. Both were satisfying after eating the same food for 3 days straight. Staff was friendly and service quick. Met our needs so I’d recommend!
Seriously amazing burgers!! Got the Eddie Double Mac and it was delicious! Portion was great and the fries were really good! I was scared when I saw crinkle fries as I was scarred from my childhood but these were super tasty! Honestly a great burger and way better than its name sake.
Really good food and really good atmosphere! They fill up pretty quick during tourist season so book in advance! I had a fried chicken burger and some poutine and couldn't recommend it enough. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.
The place looks small when you first enter but hidden in the back is more of an open space area with a few tables for more comfort. Most of our group ordered burgers and had nothing but compliments. Wings were also excellent. The onions rings were genuinely very good with real onions...not the typical shriveled up hard to find onions that we typically get. Great food, great atmosphere
Excellent food and exceptional service enjoyed yesterday. Glad I booked in advance so we could experience Eddie’s. Would be fantastic if there were vegan/dairy free options re milkshakes, dips, mayo, etc. The People Food Know Meat burger was a delicious surprise and the server’s recommendation switching it up was delicious. Appreciate the flexibility in their menu. Would’ve given five stars but the room was quite chilly and the bathroom could use some attention. If service and delicious eats are your top priority, 5
