I always go to this location. They have always done my coffee perfect everytime. Except last week, two days in a row my coffee was not correct. First day it was cold, which was supposed to be hot. Second day, they forgot the mocha in my coffee. I called tp let them know that my coffee was wrong. I wasn't mad, just annoyed. The manager was so sweet to fix the issue. I did not expect free coffee, all I wanted was to let them know of the errors. That staff is amazing and always have my coffee waiting on me. Keep up the fantastic job.

I'm a regular...so fast and easy to order especially via the app. Staff is always willing to help occomodate. Knocked 1 star for 2 reasons...first because, occassionally, they run out of basic things and have been inexplicably closed on normal business hours not a lot but it has happened enough. The other reason is for a company that prides itself with inclusion, it's unfortunate they have zero hot food options for keto/low carb and only 2 flavors of sugar free syrups but that is clearly a corporate thing not a local Starbucks issue.
I just love the staff at the Lewiston Idaho location. They make my coffee perfect everytime. But, for 2 days it was messed up. First day it was cold, when it should of been hot. I chalked it up to they were really busy. Second day, they forgot the mocha in my coffee. Both days I called, not mad just annoyed. But again, I wasn't mad. So, the manager made it right. Today I ordered and she giggled and said I knew you would mobile order. Lol. All of them are great and I truly appreciate each and everyone of them.

I ordered two drinks and ask for light ice and I got a cup of ice and a sip of my drink. I complained inside Starbucks and all they did is say ok. Very poor service
