Usually have a pretty good experience here. Best thing to do is order online before and do the curbside pickup. The remodel inside looks nice as well.
Food is good and well put together. Employees are typically easy to get help from. Drive thru at night can get pretty bad sometimes sitting for an hour or so to get your food. But other than that pretty good prices and overall good staff.Food: 4/5
The drive thru was empty, and we got right through. But the person taking the order seemed confused, and or couldn't hear well through the speaker. And once we got our order straight at the pay window, the delivery window still tried to give us the wrong order. And then we waited several minutes for a very simple order. Normally, we have no issue with this establishment. Perhaps this was just one of those off nights. Everyone was friendly enough. And they loved my dog, who was in the car with us.
Well it's McDonald's. It's not dirty and the bathroom didn't smell like fentynal so that's worth 4 stars. Service was good and food is terrible for me but convenient and properly prepared. Good location and free of unsheltered people charging phones. Overall decent place to injest toxins. I apologize for the cynicism.Food: 3/5
So my fiance and I went to the east wenatchee Mcdonalds for lunch today. We both got our usual meals mine being the spicy crispy chicken sandwitch which is the core issue behind this post, and after we picked up our food we briefly checked that our food was the correct order and went home. They got my fiances meal right, but when I opened mine up I swear it was the most disappointing sight. A nasty looking chicken patty and a crumpled, sad, and very moist bun with two pickles that somehow looked completely dehydrated. Like how is that even possible? Opening the sandwich bag felt like i was unleashing the amazon jungle in my living room, and yet there they were, dry. To add insult to injury there was no sauce to be seen either. So I sat there dumbfounded by what I was expecting and what I got. Bear in mind that i have gotten this sandwich almost every time i go to mcdonalds. Which I'll admit is not often, but the quality of this sandwitch has been noticibly dropping every time i go. This is a semi recent addition to their menu too, and by far my favorite thing on their menu. Anyways, I was just sitting there thinking how the actual hell does the person that made this think that someone would actually eat this. And I mean no offense to the workers because they were quite busy, but this experience was still very dissapointing. In order to enjoy this meal I had to doctor it up a bit, thankfully I had some jalapeño aoli I had taken home from a recent meal! Shout out to the Tap Room at Pybus, your aoli saved my lunch! As for McDonald's and i honestly doubt anything i say will even matter to them but, please figure out this very noticible decline in quality.
Very clean, very professional with their customer service. The lady that took my order was great. The food was good, it was fast and fresh not thrown together carelessly.Food: 5/5
The service is like a box of chocolates- you know you’re probably gonna get one you don’t want. My orders are wrong at least half the time and I have to go back and deal with it inside and actually going inside to place an order old school? Don’t bother. I went in for an ice tea and after liters 20 minutes of blatantly being ignored by staff- forget it. Others in line ahead of me just left. Terrible customer service and mediocre service in general. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Prob the worst one! Order meals....no fries! kids are always screwing around instead of working and are super slow. Always mess up orders. Someone needs to train these kids and supervise them!
I am seriously tired of you guys getting my order wrong. Usually I don't say a thing as the mix up is usually minor. But today really took the cake and is the last straw. I order the same thing regularly every week for 3 days out of the week. 2 spicy McChicken NO LETTUCE, 2 mcdoubles, one large fry and a dessert which is usually a mcflurry. Today I got to work and opened the bag and this is what I got instead of the aforementioned order above: 2 reg McChicken with lettuce on them No mcdoubles One large and one small fry Had to sub cinnamon roll since mcflurry was not available. I would have tried to resolve this over the phone, but I called several times with no answer.
Currently at BK & the employee approached me, to ask what i needed, unlike at Mcds. Shane needs to work at the strip club or wherever they pay Dancers. I translated to her what an older lady needed, and she said she can just get a refund without knowing if the order was or not ready. The thin girl with glasses who started around 4 pm today, sept 10, Saturday was who came in and got things done as is. I asked her to help me after waiting for 30 mins with other drivers coming in and out, before me. Shenae needs help on how to really be a leader. Please hire people who really want to work. Thanks !
