Aut-To Mocha III

Sad, I got a 20 oz hot coffee and my drink was missing a lot, it was just missing like 1/4 of the hole drink. Sad because I really like this coffee. But please make them full.

Ladies are friendly and quick to make whatever it is that you want. They encourage you to take a sip before you leave and if you don't like it, they remake it for free! LOVE this place!

Auto Mocha I appreciate you guys being open during COVID19. I grab my coffee everyday although it really is a disappointment that I’ve had to wait in line for 35 min for a coffee many times already. I’m here right now and have waited 15 min. Yes there are long lines but it would be great if the auto mocha team could be more efficient in making and delivering drinks. Thank you!

If I could, I would leave zero stars, the barista was acting really rude to me, and being very unprofessional. Really bad customer service, don’t recommend.

I usually go to the East Wenatchee locations and they are always super friendly, fast and the coffee tastes great

I went by @ 6:10pm to get a coffee. This lady told me it was closed. Checked the hours and it’s still open.
