the night shift store clerk is rude and unprofessional. he was humiliating my friend because his card got declined and was shouting it out loud so everyone could hear. luckily I paid for my friend. but that was so unnecessary.
My girlfriend and I went to this gas station at 10 pm for snacks and a beverage. The selection was great and we left with even more than we came for. However the main reason for my review is the cashier John. He was very welcoming and courteous. John assisted us with every question we had all while having a very professional and pleasant attitude. By far the best service I have ever had at a 7-11. Or any mini mart for that matter. I will definitely be coming back.
It was busy but the cashier was friendly and the people in line were as well
I just called 7- eleven in East Wenatchee and asked the guy who answered if they sold cricket phone refill cards....he said he didn’t know and was too busy to find out...I said thank you very much and he hung up on me...I’ve NEVER written a review about anything until now because I just couldn’t believe how rude he was in addition to not even knowing the products he sells....it’s not like it’s a huge store like Wal-Mart or anything....I used to stop almost every night after work but you just lost a long time loyal customer....not that 1 customer means anything in the whole scope of things right??!! Don’t forget without customers you have NO BUSINESS!!
I never actually seen a more shady employee working in my life. I walk into here around 10:50am on 6/4/2020 and left with nothing because the employee picks up my dollar I had dropped and doesn't even tell me about it I just watch her take it. You BENT over to pick up my money and didn't even tell me. Talk about trust in employees. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow too.
In a town that feels really safe and friendly, this place has a really creepy vibe. There's some things to recommend it. Lots of drink options, a movie rental kiosk and a lot of surprisingly good looking hot food, but still it's a kind of dingy, unsafe feeling place.
Gas station pumps are sketchy. Mine kept canceling the transaction and my brothers was processing for 5 min before it canceled. Hopefully they weren't tampered with. Go elsewhere!

The night clerk is unprofessional, yells and swears at potential customers as they walk in the door. Youre better off going to the Wenatchee location
I absolutely love the owner of Wenatchee side 7-11.. He remembers faces and acts like your family.
