Not the best online order experience! When I arrived they didn’t even have a ticket for my order. I ordered a strawberry lemonade $4.75 and got a regular lemonade kids size it seems. There was no Ranch dressing in the order and didn’t even include utensils or napkins even. Lesson learned…ensure service staff did their job before taking food home.

Wish I could say it was great. The hamburger buns are hard on the bottom and chewy. The burgers are pretty flavorless. The fries are very bland. I was told the Cuban wrap was good, though. A bit too high priced for mediocre food.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes

Well it wasn’t that great. I did however think that they cooked the meat Patties pretty spot on. Just was pretty bland  the jojo’s were delish though. Loved the savory sauce also. The prices were stupid however. We will never come back. Sorry to say that but it’s not worth 20 bucks a burger Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

was there about 5pm on a Monday, restaurant empty and bar half full. Hostess told us we could seat ourselves in the bar. waited over 10 minutes I started timing it when no one came to take our drink order. Finally left after we were not given menus, drinks or greeted by staff. Went to Buzz Inn instead. So sad, Bob's used have great service.

Amazing fresh kitchen , lovely personal, always pay attention to the clients!

One star is too many. I ordered online, checked the “utensils” and “napkins” boxes, and requested well done. Online timeframe said 6:51. I arrived 10 minutes early and my order was ready and getting cold. When I opened my order at the adjacent hotel, no utensils hard to eat a salad w/o a fork, no napkins and medium rare cold burger. I will not return.

Rj was the man in the bar! He made delicious drinks and provided excellent service. Will be back soon for some burgers!

I have NEVER seen a staff or restaurant go out of their way like this establishment has. They have great food, excellent service and a staff that is ABOVE EXCELLENT!  Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my sister rare dairy allergy wonderfully.

We always like coming to this place. Food is consistent in it places always clean. We usually sit in the bar. Is frankie is a great bartender.Food: 5/5
