Very clean freindly employees and alex and jessica at the window did a great job taking my order and making sure it was fresh hot and correct 100 percent correct. I ordered a whopper meal cheese medium combo only Cheese and bbq and it was correct
Drive thu staff have zero idea what customer service is. Three times I have gone through the drive through, and each time I'm handed my food and the worker says nothing. Not "have a nice day", "here you are", nothing. They simply open the window hand you a bag and close the window. At this point it may as well be robots serving you.
2/25/23 The sign says Saturday opens 6:00 AM for both drive-thru and dining. They said they aren’t open until 7:00am
Don’t get me wrong, the staff was very kind. It’s just the food… my order came out wrong and the burgers weren’t warm.. there was also no lids left for cups and barely any ketchup.. but it was very clean, very nice staff but just that just want enough…
So I'm not real big on fast food but I will review unbiased. The Burger King in East Wenatchee is as to be expected. The dining area was clean while not too busy. The food was prepared to standard as was the service. They brought my food to the table. The bathroom was a bit on the messy side.Food: 3/5
Longest drive thru wait ever. 30 mins! In a drive thru! And it wasn't even that busy! Nor were orders big. There was no apology for the wait. 4 people were at the window doing absolutely nothing! The girl at the window couldn't even run our card right. Yeah don't think burger king here is ever getting my business again and you can bet I'm telling others!!!
It's okay, honestly the whopper taste like a home grilled burger which really is not what I'm looking for when going out for fast food, took about 15+ minutes to get through the line which was a little slow for sure, lots of ads on the building about different whoppers which was kinda strange. 3 stars overallFood: 3/5
Great food good prices especially with coupons. Made everything fresh which was great. Very kind from the moment I went in to the moment I walked out. Kid-friendliness: They have some toys for kids to play on in the back while you wait or eat. Some very kid friendly menu options as well.
It was over 2 mins before anyone ever said anything through the speaker in the drive through, and about 15 minutes before we had placed our order and got our food, 2 burgers. When we got to the window two associates were joking with each other, finishing their conversation before telling us our total and taking our payment. Worst drive through experience at this location yet. One burger was missing the condiments and the other was very over salted. Also, by giving a “duplicate” receipt we can’t do the survey!
Always great food, but sometimes the staff may not sound extra friendly at the drive in lane, which isn't saying they are doing anything at all negative... Just comparing to some of their competitors down the street, better have a person at the drive thru order headset that you can see the smile thru the staticky speaker!!! But always good service, always good food, and always very professional... And always my favorite burger joint to eat at!
