McDonald's

I have no idea how this is even a 3 star! I live in town and each morning before I go to work I order a large caramel frappe with extra Oreo and caramel topping! I always receive a sloppy and little or no Oreo at all so I end up paying extra. Each time I ask for it to be re made the manager tells me i can’t do that you always ask for us to make it again for you which takes up our time and holds up the line! She is beyond rude and never tells me her name! When I call she hangs it up and which now I am blocked from calling the McDonald’s myself which is very unprofessional!! When I go into the store and ask about the manager no one knows anything !!! I also receive my sandwiches either messy or not cooked thoroughly! They definitely need to hire someone who knows what they are doing! AND BY THE WAY THESE ARE HOW CARAMEL FRAPPES SHOULD BE MADE UPON REQUEST NO ONE COULD BE THIS LAZY TO DO IT THE OPPOSITE!!! Anyways this is how the other McDonald’s makes mine take tips!!!

We first used the kiosk to order, and had 4 giftcards to pay. Everything went fine until after we swiped 3 of the 4 cards. That's when it said something about an over ring and completely voided my whole order. I had to completely reorder everything at the register, and everything worked fine that time. The cashier/server was very quick to resolve the issue and upsized everything that was able to be upside. Not sure what happened, but it was quickly fixed.

I sat in drive thru for a total of 45 mins and they still messed up my order. Forgot a shake I ordered. I didn't even bother. It probably would of taken another 45 mins to correct.Food: 3/5

Literally every single time I choose to go get something to eat I regret it I’ve never been to a place that is run so horribly either it takes forever or they forget something or they give me something wrong and let’s not even talk about the ice cream machine! ‍ I don’t know if it’s gonna take corporate or what but I sure hope something changes FAST!!!

I don't do this often. We were starving today, went through the drive thru. Wow was I impressed! Fresh hot food! You could never ask for a better McDs meal. It was fast, hot and fresh! This location should be the training facility for all McDs. Then maybe they could rival Chik-Fil-a. Thanks for fast food as it should be!!

After waiting nearly 30 min in the drive thru for my order, I finally received my food. Only to notice I was missing one burger! When I ordered I said no pickle no ketchup. So I went back to wait in line for another 25 min to get my burger. Get home it has pickles on it with no mustard an no ketchup. I specifically asked the lady when i had to go back the second time if it was made correctly? She told me yes!! As I picked off the pickles the burger broke an the burger was very pink inside!!! I will never give this place my money again!!!!

I'm all for "new and improved" with businesses, but it's no longer the type of place I'd want to sit down and eat inside at. It's not appealing anymore. It reminds me of a businessman who got hooked on an addiction and lost his entire life and family overnight. Words that come to mind are "sad" and "melancholy" for design. But on a GOOD NOTE- the new staff are excellent so far. There's an amazing woman who used to be in my shoes and understood that why we were buying off the dollar menu in dimes and quarters. She insisted on buying us something to eat. Because WIC doesn't cover our daughter's specifically needed formula, all of our grocery money went to formula and our toddler's specific dietary needs. So we hadn't eaten in days. I didn't tell her this, but she knew immediately that we were struggling, despite trying not to look like we were. And the food wasn't bad, so don't get me wrong on it right now. Only reason I docked a star is because the nuggets aren't like they used to be and the fries aren't really that salted anymore. Just different in comparison. Healthier, but less delectable.

Google says open 24 hours. We’re moving and up late painting the new house and got hungry. Ordered food at 1 am and went to pick up. Drive thru lights were on but the McDonald’s sign was out. Sat at the drive through and someone went to coke out the back door and went back in when we pulled up. No one ever came to the speaker or took my order and no one answered the phone when i called to check the store hours.

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Just wanted a 1/4 pounder and a drink. Finally got to window and the order was wrong. Left with no foodService: 1/5

Didn't participate in buy 1 get 1 for a dollar spicy nuggets program. Disappointed in that but bought them anyway.Recommended dishesChicken Mcnuggets
