Dunkin'

We stopped quickly when we were driving through the area. It was busy and there were a lot of people working but it was an extremely long wait. I suppose that it was just the luck of poor timing. Overall the store and the ladies room were pretty clean. I was told the mens room was atrocious. Coffees were fine. At first mine was made incorrectly but they were happy to fix and remake it. We were happy to see that they added snacking bacon to the food menu. A nice option for gluten free and high protein diets. Nothing special but good enough if you need a break from driving.

Today, 10/31 10:30AM I blew out a tire in the drive through area. After talking with the manager/employees I was told there is a piece of a pole sticking out of the ground from a broken sign that has supposedly been like this for a couple weeks and there has been others with flat tires. There was a delivery truck parked and unloading at the time so as I was coming from back entrance to turn into the drive through lane I ran right over this area as it was not visible to me. The delivery truck driver was the one to tell me I hit something and he heard air, I thought I hit a bump. Luckily my step father in law was able to come to the scene and help me change the tire to where we found a big tear, a very unpatchable flat so I will have to purchase a new tire. We were out in the rain for a good hour, not once anyone ask about the situation, and not that this complaint is about free things because it’s not, but we were also not even offered a free hot beverage to warm up nor any tone of sympathy. I have worked in customer service my entire life and this is very unacceptable to me. I called my insurance and they encouraged me to file a claim with the company so I called the corporate number to only be told this is a private franchise and that they would inform the owner and they would call me back. Let’s see if that happens. All I know is that you’ve lost my very frequent business.

I love this dunkin and the staff. A year ago I left a 1 star review because the service here was TERRIBLE. Now, orders are prompt and accurate, I'm on a first name basis with a few of the baristas and they're always happy to see me. Very impressed.

Always love dd. Was bummed to not be able to get the emergency responder discount all because they couldn't find the paper for the month of april?? It was mid month. But my drink was great and sandwich hot and yummyFood: 5/5

I placed a mobile order from the dunkin’ donuts app, and when I arrived at the store the two employees argued that they didn’t receive it. I showed them my order confirmation and they just told me to “try and get a refund”. Moral of the story, I didn’t get a refund and wasted my time driving there.

They have a serious lack in care when it comes to bagging orders my donuts was thrown in the bag no paper wrap to separate them after being told for the fourth order in a row that they are out of apple fritters so I didn't even get what I wanted and if that wasn't bad enough my chocolate croissant was burnt and dry barley edible. Just do better

Ordered a fresher they were out of strawberry dragonfruit....again and snacking bacon. The bacon was so cold that the grease congealed on the bacon. Disappointed

First time I've been back since all the controversial bs and my order was completely messed up and burnt I used to love DD I've been going to Dunkin for years as a mil spouse but our local one isn't up to par Edit We had Courtney for our visit today she went above and beyond and made me an original drink the fit my description perfectly Thank you so much

Started coming here because other coffee shop had ungodly, long waiting line and don't have time to waste. Dunkin may have a line, in drive thru, but it goes quick!!! Not a long wait plus their dining room doors are ALWAYS opened!!! Coffee tastes great, friendly service!!!

Ordered curbside. Waited 30 minutes before walking inside. Waited another 10 minutes before being helped. Asked if our order was ready as it was sitting right on the other side of the counter. Several employees were very annoyed that we had not taken it yet. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by coming inside for our curbside order that had been sitting inside for at least 25 minutes.
