Grrr! I ordered via the mobile app. In the past they announced my name to let me know my order was ready. Not this time. This time they just placed the tray on the counter and waited for me to guess my order was ready. They need to start announcing names so people don't have to stand around waiting for an order that's already been made. Good grief.

Only place I have ever been told that I can't have fries made to order..hot and fresh..if a customer asking for hot fresh food is beyond the possibilities then perhaps other food establishments will the choice in the future. Being told that you have been busy so they should be hot is not very reassuring. Luckily they were hot enough that they weren't completely awful , like the previous taco bell that served me cold soggy fries, which is what prompted me to ask for hot and fresh this trip.

Food was cold when I got breakfast this morning and pulled out and went two block down to eat and it was cold and then the day prior half our food was cold and hard and the other half was warm I love this taco bell most the time but last few times I have gone I've been dissatisfied and unhappy

I was busy so I ordered delivery,  they totally messed up my order,  tried to contact online and called, have not been able to get anyone to get back to me, very frustrating!!!

We did a mobile order and picked up at the drive thru.  Our order was correct and was actually made nicely not just "blopped" together! It was good.

Nice and clean dining room. Tacos were hot and delicious.Food: 4/5
