I had entered the store for a pickup when they told me it would be a while until it would be ready as they just started it 1 minute ago. I went and sat down. After waiting my 5 minutes the employee called for me and told me to “not throw a fit” and that they make their food fresh unlike other restaurants. Very disrespectful as I didn’t say anything to this employee prior to being belittled
The service here was phenomenal! My boyfriend and I came in on April 3rd 2023 right around 3:30pm. Both of the employees working at the time were very cheerful and greeted us and thanked us for coming. The food was delicious and was prepared quickly and efficiently.
Good burger! LOVE the fries and the fact that they provide vinegar for your fries. Only complaint is that they are a little pricey!Food: 5/5
The Meadville Five Guys teams is always great! They are fast and and friendly and the food is always amazing. The fries are crispy on the outside with a mash potato inside.
First time we went. It was ok. The customization is a plus for picky eaters. The staff was awesome! Super friendly and patient. The price of the product out weighs the quality by a lot. But, it wasn't bad. It was just ok. By no means did I feel like I received a deal... The plus side though, fries were fresh and salty, just how we like them. Burgers were fair. Team was very average. Overall experience was not worth what we paid. An average burger, fries and a drink for 2 is not worth $38.00. Especially when you do most of the work. Much better to go to a sit down restaurant and get the total experience......and probably for less

I spent $7 on a grilled cheese that was cold in the center , the cheese wasn’t melted at all …. I can make a better grilled cheese at home with a toaster and a microwave. Extremely disappointed

Always love coming to five guys. Went to this location on a road trip, as a quick stop. Food was delicious as always. They used to give a bit more fries in the bag but still plenty. Employees were extra nice. Gladly would come back again if I'm driving by.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
