Waited at the first speaker and 4 cars on the other speaker went through. No one took my order. I drove to window and related nicely I was unable to order because no one was taking my order. Lady at window was extremely rude, unprofessional and down right ignorant. I don't care that they just re-opened. That is not a reason to be rude. Never coming back and telling others about my experience. Such a shame.
This Arby's is closed temporarily, they are rebuilding the building, but I think it will be opening in a month or so. Keep an eye out for the reopening!

Our 1st Valentines Day got a black eye thanks to poor service at a local Mexican restaurant and being 8 pm we decided to stop here on our way home. Super friendly staff and a nice hot meal. Manager was even nice enough to take our pic under their Valentines Day banner!!!! Lol!!Recommended dishesCurly Fries, Roast Beef, Fish Sandwich
Typical Arby's food, hits the spot when hungry. New building looks great, Ample parking, Only bad thing with the new build is you still have to walk through the drive thru line to get to the door to go inside. You would of thought building a new building they would of changed that from the old.Food: 4/5
Just as they were before the rebuild.... Hard workers and pumping the food out being as busy as they were. Justin and his crew are top notch of any fast fast place around.Food: 5/5

The usual smokehouse brisket was great. I get that every single time I go to Arby's. But the fish and chips was pretty bad, super greasy. It left a lot to be desired. Bonus points that they still have the retro Arby's cowboy hat sign. Hopefully it remains that way forever. Edit: I have updated my review to 5 stars because Arby's corporate has taken measures to reimburse me for the fish dinner and also the restaurant manager called regarding the fish dinner. I was surprised that they went to that much trouble to make things right and I sincerely appreciate that. Thank you.
The coffee is always good. Wish they would bring back the potato patties.
