If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke, drive thru shut down every single night at 10pm till 5am. What's the point of having and saying it's a 24 hour drive thru when it's not. Really convenient.
Very quick service! The wait time from placing our order at the machine to receiving the food was way less than 5 minutes. Very cheerful and positive staff that made for an excellent experience. The restaurant was also very clean and I saw a worker wiping down tables multiple times throughout the stay. One of the BEST dining experiences at McDonalds. Thank you!
I ordered a double cheeseburger and this is what I got, see picture. Slapped together, the cheese was all off. Also, be advised they charge extra for everything and not good at following special instructions. Asked for no onion, got onion. Asked for extra lettuce, and got extra mayo. Poor service all around.
I went for my daily evening dons run and ran into a fine young man by the name of Gary. His customer service was outstanding, he was very friendly and polite. Made my burger following my specific instructions to a tee. Overall my best dons run. Inside looks great! Parking: Parking was fantastic!
Driving on the highway, looked up the McDonald’s—Google has the hours listed as 8am-10pm but the drive through is 24hrs—cool because it was 10:30. Well what a waste of time getting off the highway, the restaurant is fully closed. It even says under the hours the restaurant has confirmed these hours. Why??
Clean place to use the bathroom. I haven't eaten at McDonald's since becoming vegetarian a year ago. If the fine people at McDonald's would get off the butts and start offering plant based alternatives I'd be happy to have some Mickey D's on occasion. And no, salads don't cut it. In the words of comedian John Pinette "Salad is not food, it is a promissory note that food will soon arrive." Vegetarian options: The beef they serve comes cows that are 100% vegetarian, but otherwise McDonald's is grossly behind the times in the Vegetarian market.
The food is standard McDonalds when you can get it. They have never made a mistake on any of my orders. However, now it is only a drive though with limited hours and the drive through lane always seems to have 10 cars in it. I'm glad they've made convenience food too inconvenient to get.Food: 5/5
Stood at the counter being overlooked while one employee went to clean washrooms and another walked around the fine room. An elderly lady stood in front of me she turned and said dear I have been waiting already for awhile now. That’s sad has anyone even acknowledged you she said no they won’t look over here. Finally one of the girls at the take out computer screen said to use the kiosk. Yes because everyone knows how to use those things that are taking jobs from people. So the lady from the take out computer screen came over and took the older ladies order finally then walked away. Turned back and said your young enough to use the kiosk. I did not know McDonald’s new platform was to refuse to serve you unless you do the job for them won’t be going there again. Very unhappy with them I guess unless your willing to spend a lot of time in the drive through lane with your car running polluting the environment your not welcome with good service. I walked out
We went there because my grandson wanted to try the new chicken deluxe sandwich, I normally don't eat at McDonald's but he talks me into trying it, I have to say it was absolutely delicious they use real chicken fresh tomato fresh bacon a sweet bun and of course the fries everything was fresh and really good. We went through the drive-thru the staff is very friendly and very fast.
Should be able to give 0 stars. May as well not even bother posting store or drive thru hours.. Definitely not a 24 hour drive thru. 7 am on a Saturday, employees everywhere inside but not open. Nothing better than going hungry on the way to work because they can't stick to the hours they post.Food: 1/5
