Haven't had KFC since before the pandemic. We found that the chicken itself was changed. Didn't have the same old taste and texture. We also got a large macaroni salad. Plus a free salad on account it took just over a half hour. Won't be wasting hard earned money on KFC ever again !Food: 3/5

I’m done with this place every time I go there it’s always something, this time all they had was extra crispy chicken, I’d rather eat out of a garbage can, 40$ for chicken I didn’t even want, Colonel Sanders is likely rolling in his grave, worst restaurant in port Hope, if zero stars was an option I’d choose it
I got food poisoning from chicken that I waited 25 minutes for !!!! Horrible location, they have nothing prepared it’s all cook to order and you wait crazy times . I waited for 3 chicken drumsticks 25 minutes , they were very tasteless. Not crispy what so ever and none of the food has any flavour what so ever even the fries are very bland . Save your $ and time go to bowmanville or Whitby if you really want kfc Luckily my son didn’t get sick because he had popcorn chicken but we will never return ! I’m still sick it was not worth it $28 worth of food that made me sick
Went through the drive thru last night, Food was poor, boyfriends drink smelled and taste like Clorox. He had a 7up. I had a root beer and mine taste fine. Only gave it a 1 star because the lady at the drive thru was nice.
This place is horrible, wait times are ridiculous, nothings is ever ready, was just told in the drive through food would be 15 minutes, which is fine i get it but after waiting that 15 mins an employee came out and said it would only be another 11 mins like she was doing me some type of favour,
Just went to this KFC location to get some lunch. I think that the $5 Fill Up menu is very on-point when it comes to getting maximum value from a fast food purchase. Anyway, a very polite guy named Patrick took my order. He called me boss, which I liked. I ordered the Kentucky Flatbread fill up, and I only had to wait around 2 mins to receive my order. I'm eating it as I write this review, and I'm happy to report that everything tastes finger-lickin' good, as we have all come to expect from KFC. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and food that I received, and I will absolutely be returning to this location in the future.
Drive thru. Cold food. If paying by debit force you to tip. The “no tip” option was conveniently not working on the POS. Scam. Won’t eat here again.
Went through an empty drive through and ordered two sandwiches was told it would be an 8 minute wait and pull up. After waiting 25 minutes we were about to ask for a refund but was told it would be ready soon after 30 minutes plus in an empty drive through watching the staff talk and chat with non employee friends we finally had got our food and had to wait behind another car for 10+ minutes by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life.
I stop there every day for lunch and there is times were they have forgotten my fries and I just went there and got served cold food and you try and tell them about it and they say no it didn’t happen. And nothing to make thing better at all. Bad employees and recommend you not eat there
