omg the cashier was so insanely nice helpful brought me happiness. The fries were perfectly salted and crisp i highly recommend coming here even if its out of the way. Side note if you get a cashier with black ponytail and a deep voice shes amazing friendly helpful Kid-friendliness: my kid likes ordering alone and when he came back he was like o my god they're so nice the fries are salted and crisp 5 stars Parking: its not busy so you will find plenty of spots Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible bathrooms and very open area easy to get around
Place was packed when I arrived, but they tackled around 30 orders in 15 minutes which was very impressive. No one seemed to go to the counter complaining that their order is wrong, so they got them all right.
Tried a strawberry shortcake mc flurry and oreo also. Strawberry was ok. I will stick with Oreos! Drive thru is tight for larger vehicles. Super friendly staff and management. My app didn't work and he honored my savings. Parking: Same as most mc donalds but very busy shared lot and entance/exit. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap appropriate BUT PARKING LOT HAS HUGE POTHOLES!
It is what it was... Line was long as most fast food places are these days. Employees were pleasant. Food was I guess as good as it gets for being fast food at Mickeys in Cortland...Food: 3/5
Was the bus driver for a sports team that played nearby. I'm sure they were not to happy about the unannounced visit by 20 or so hungry teenagers, but the staff handled the rush professionally and efficiently. Everyone enjoyed their food. I loved my milkshake!Food: 5/5
So other than the fact that he got my order wrong, the food I did get was decent. That being said they got my order wrong, and gave me like two ketchups.Food: 4/5
Food is mcdonalds, so of course don't have high expectations. But the reason why I'm making the review is because I always stop here when traveling from Canada. Everytime I pitstop here the washrooms are ALWAYS disgusting. If you want a cleaner washroom, go to Wendy's across the street plus the food is better.Food: 3/5
I worked here and they never clean there fryers I worked for a couple months before I quit and I quit because I was always getting sick from fryer never being cleaned they had workers working line that were sick all the time
Service was fast. Person who took our order was pleasant. Burger was good but fries wouldn't even be accurately described as like warm. As we were pulling away from the parking lot and opened the bag to eat the fries were cold and dry. If we hadn't already left, we would have gone back and requested a different serving.Food: 2/5
I found A Hair in my food they didn't anwser the ordering thing til after 10 minutes of waiting wouldn't recommend this oneFood: 3/5
