Very fast & friendly services here. Whenever my drink was done wrong they'd fix it with no problem. So happy there is a starbucks in Cortland. Although I do miss their comfort wellness tea that was my absolute favorite.
Great well run Starbucks. Big location and parking lot. Drive thru too. Good for a quick coffee stop off 81.

The location of this starbucks is so good. Parking is ample. It is near to the highway. Very clean place. It is a very cool place to hangout with a coffee and some tasty bites. Starbucks coffees are anyways super hot. They also have wifi. Staff is good here. This place also have out door sittings.
Delicious beverage and wonderful staff. Not easy to keep one's smile when they clearly had to deal with a Karen a couple cars ahead of mine in the drive thru.
Be nice if they notified you that it's drive thru only
Clean and friendly but items take some time to get completed. It was very busy and I am not sure if it was poor planning, lack 9f help or a call off employee. They were out of child brew and offered a sub, charged the same price. But it is always clean and the food has always been fresh.
I've always had amazing service at this Starbucks, my question is why on a Friday do they close at 3pm?
Fast service, only drive through open till 3pm almost missed it. Very friendly staff
