I wish they would hire someone who wasn’t stoned making orders.Second time i have ordered food and they just chuck it into a box and send it out the window So this is the cortland “famous bowl” it’s cool to drive all the way home and this is what you find. Real cute.
Every time I go to KFCI always ask for A famous bowl with no corn and extra mashed potatoes. They never give me the extra mashed potatoes I get way too much gravy and sometimes they forget and put the corn in anyways the other night I ordered a small fry and it wasn't even hardly any fries in the container. The employees there are very rude. I would not recommend going to this restaurant. Parking: The parking lot has so many pot holes in it you're playing the pot hole game. be careful.
My husband and I went in to grab some lunch. Intended on dining in. The gentleman who took my order was ok after repeating my order a couple of times. But that was ok. Weather in high 20s and while waiting for our food the colder it was inside. No heat inside the building. Felt like an ac was on. Customers hurrying up to eat complaining that it was too cold in there. By the time we got our order we decided to take it home instead bc of the temp in Cortland KFC. We get home and the chicken was just as great and the biscuits. But there's alot to be desired over their bland mash potatoes and gravy. Their Mac and cheese used to be creamy..now it's orange cheese stuck to the noodles. No creaminess whatsoever. The coleslaw was ok. But 2 of the workers were exasperated with each other and not only can you hear it but you could see it. Won't be going there again anytime soon. Ppl don't want to freeze while dining in. Turn the heat on!!

This KFC, well it's hit or miss. Some times there is a 15 to 20 minute wait for chicken! I mean you go there at lunch or dinner time and they don't have chicken ready. It's like you surprised them by ordering chicken! Love the product just not this location....very unpredictable Food: 4/5
Got into a KFC after long time. This one is very clean and lot of tables in the seating area. The staffs were really polite and helpful. Over all the chicken legs and tenders were tasty! I did not lot of options near by. Got right on the road and lots of parking space as well!
I love KFC. My son wanted it, we hadn't had it in awhile, so that's good enough for me. Got a 12 piece meal for the family It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It tasted like they forgot 4 of the secret herbs and spices. The fries were done perfectly go figure, as I never associate fries with KFC and the biscuits were great. The Mac+cheese tasted overcooked and bland Hopefully the next time I get it, it will be better.
The Cortland location is terrible. Have to order the new nuggets online, they won't make them for you. Won't make potpie 3 hours before they close.
Ordered the 12 piece tender family meal. Asked for gravy on the side and got no gravy. Only got 11 pieces of chicken instead of 12. And the half gallon drink thing wasn't a full half gallon. For the price and for how much fast food workers make, you'd think that they will get orders correct. Will not recommend or ever return to this establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere.
We don't eat fast food often but when we do KFC always hits the spot only issue is they never give you butter or honey for your biscuits
