Didn't think I would have to ask Dunking where the cream is. Husband got our family a dozen and I Got a cream stick that had maybe a dime size spot on both sides and that was it. I personally prefer more cream in my long johns
Fast and convenient. The staffing here makes a difference as some shifts are more attentive to detail then others. Nice sitting area with two sided fireplace for chatting or a large corner table for six.
Pretty good. Sometimes the taste I'm looking for isnt there but they are more accurate the taste I am used to. Exactly what I order. Nothing shy, nothin half. Exactly what I ordered
Very clean. People working there Re very friendly. Coffee and bagels were fresh and tasted great.
After repeatedly not wearing masks every time i go, they really tried to give me a drank they already gave to someone else... then when i asked them to remake it they not only gave me attitude, but remade my drink wrong. If you want to catch COVID highly recommend the cortland dunkin’!
I like this place. The coffee is always hot and tasty. I like the munchkin donuts! Lol!!!
A vast majority of the employees are always beyond rude and super unhelpful, they don’t know how to stir coffee, and a lot of the employees don’t wear masks or at least wear them properly. Watched one employee today make my coffee with no mask on at all while leaning over it the whole time.
If you go at night the service is always great! The afternoon shift is not as friendly. One of the managers was extremely rude to us before.
