McDonald's

I just stopped in for one large coffee (after 6 pm) and it took over 10 minutes. The staff seemed confused. I had to ask the young man if I can get my large coffee after waiting and waiting, watching them goof around and not know how to carry out a simple task. The restaurant wasn't even busy; one other customer besides me. Never saw a manager around. Frankly, I wonder if managers or corporate even bother reading the reviews and checking into what the employees are doing. The old saying "they learn by example" is a good indication of how the "ship" is run. Some staff might be good but the evening ones weren't that day.The inside was messy too. Chances are, this will not be a place I stop at again any time soon. (Not in the evening anyway).

Great food, and great service. I find it very entertaining to go through the drive thur and read the memos that the management post in the windows, so the customers can see them!!!

Best McDonald's in Alpena. The food is always nice and hot. Inside is neat and clean, kid friendly, have highchairs , booster seats. No unisex bathrooms, wheelchair accessible. No outdoor seating available.

Grew up half of my life eating here. Always been a Great place!

We always stop here on our way up north. Always busy yet always on top of things and neat in the lobby. Staff is extremely friendly as well. Honestly the best McDonalds I've ever eaten at.
