A & W All-American Food

3 stars because the Food is great....usually.. The chick that was working tonight? Not so much. Didn't even acknowledge my existence while inside and when I decided to place my order outside? Rude as hell over the speaker... Maybe she needs a vacation.. Or maybe a job that doesn't require customer service.... Like at all.

Very busy. Fun ordering from phone at the table.food came out fresh and very fast. Service was spot on. Great root beer in a frosty mug!

The food was good. My order was wrong. But they fixed it right away. The staff was nice and helpful. First time I've ever been at a A&w like this one it was neat.

The restaurant was hot and humid, and a employee was mopping all the floors which made it even more humid inside the restaurant. We decided to just place our order outside from the car, and have the carhop bring the food. Our food was satisfactory, but the carhop didn't ever come back with our free refill of root beer. It should have only taken her 5 minutes at the most, but we waited about 12 to 15 minutes, after that we just left. This A&W needs better /faster service!

Enjoy A&W each year when we are in Standish. We don't have any in Texas. We sat in car outside & was served. The young lady that brought our orders to us was very polite & courteous.
