Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Clean and friendly staff. As I said before the potato cakes are always hot. What I like about this place is it's a fast food restaurant. It really is a fast food. Not only fast but fresh food. It hasn't been sitting there for hours, then reheated. We have all been through that more then we would like. There isn't anything thing worse than fast food reheated. Unless you like your food raw. I have been there at different times of the day and you have to expect lines will be longer. Still I was out in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately this location has slow service and mediocre customer service. I do enjoy the 2 pm - 5 pm $1 menu though so I do visit for my late lunch...not the service or experience.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff were rude and the loby was absolutley disgusting! If I would have seen the back loby area before I ate, I wouldn't have eaten in the building yet alone the food! Let's just say they need to call Termanex & deep clean the building. And sad part is, when I brought it to the managers attention in a polite & quiet manor, her response was "we will try to get to it, we only have four people working". I know what it's like to work in fast food, I know things get crazy, I know how it is to be short staffed, but I also know that is NOT acceptable!

The food is good but the bathrooms are disgusting.... it looks like someone or something broke the toilet paper holder and there is trash all over the floor. I was appalled.
