I have always gone in and ordered what I wanted. I've been very satisfied every time. I've also been able to watch how they handle all the customers ordering hot and ready pizza's. From all appearances all the customers acted satisfied. In fact they always open the box so the customer can see it before they take off with the pizza.

Great service and great pizza and if ever got order wrong they don't question, they take care of you! Very clean and smiling faces.

I wouldn't of gave 1 star but had to in order to post a review. The staff here are ignorant. I ordered 3 hot & ready pizzas & they told me to wait 10 minutes. I waited for 15-20 minutes & asked them when I was going to get my order. They kept blowing me off until I asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund 3 pizzas were ready & they weren't even what I ordered. The manager gave me problems when I told her that I wanted a refund cause wrong order & the wait. You shouldn't have to wait for a Hot & Ready because it should ready.
