Massage Addict Ottawa Westboro

This was the worst massage i have ever ever had. I spent the entire time wondering what the RMT was doing with his other hand. How can you use one hand to massage someone? Where was his other hand?? What the hell was he doing with his other hand??!! The hand that was on my back did a lousy ineffective job, no technique whatsoever, nor was there any communication during the massage or after care suggestions at the end. I could not wait to get out of there. I have had at least 30 massages in my life...and this was so SO weirdly terrible that I had to write a review. Strange noises came from the RMT, like he was sick or had a hard time breathing, he glugged water 3 or 4 times with his free hand, he even wiped his nose on his shirt while asking what i was here for at the beginning of the appointment. I am in health care myself, and I should have walked out that very moment. I was wishing I had a smart watch to fake an emergency.

I’ve been to Massage Addict multiple times and have been continuously dissappointed with the professionalism of their RMTs and the customer service I’ve encountered by their front desk. It’s nice they have direct billing, but I won’t be going back.

You can trust their practitioners with you body. Great place to be. Works well on membership especially if you have benefits from your work.

Clean and modern massage spa. Maggie is absolutely fantastic! Other staff are also friendly. Massage appointments are accommodating and hours are flexible

My massage therapist is great but I feel like Massage Addict as a company doesn't treat their employees very well and that has me concerned.
