I'll give them a star for providing cappuccino... received it after my haircut was done... because haircut was so quick. But hair stylist, "new talent", did not make me feel great at all leaving there. I would try the senior stylist or director next time if coming here.

A full service salon that doesn't hold back on treating you nicely. A nice relaxing spot. I've been there twice and each time I come out feeling and looking better. Plus they let me practice my horrible French.

I have gone there for haicuts since back when it was called Novy. The stylists are friendly and caring, and won't tug on your hair painfully like other places will. *I haven't used their spa services, so I won't comment on it.

My wife and I had the most pleasurable visit at this medical spa, the staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable about Botox and Juvederm. The results are absolutely amazing. If I could give 7 stars I gladly would.

I had a nice experience at this salon I met with the Dr who seemed very knowledgeable I didn't feel pressured to commit to any procedures It was a relaxed environment The Dr took his time and made me feel relaxed I wpuld highly reccomend
