Spa Review. This place is AMAZING!!! I go annually to the spa for the day and just when you think you've had your best spa experience....they do it again even better! In the winter you have the outdoor hot tub and sauna and in the summer you have the jacuzzi outdoors and hammocks and chairs or outdoor massages. The staff is AMAZING...every single person they hire is brilliant at service. The quality of products is outstanding. The ambiance is something out of a magazine! I suggest their facials (you literally look 10yrs younger after them) and I had a hot stone massage that was unreal! You can order lunches and have it brought down or go upstairs and relax by the fireplace. Loved the bonus extra touch of hot cider tea on a winter day. Best Spa ever!!! Will keep coming back.

We stayed this past weekend at the Wakefield hotel and spa - we didn’t get any spa treatments but the hotel itself was excellent. Our room was very nice, we took the suite with the soaker tub it was great for our date weekend. We had dinner at muse &highly recommend it- the service was excellent and the food as well. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. Overall a great time no complaints! Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly

The Mill is an awesome place to grab some great food and drinks. The bar is a great place drink or involve yourself in friendly chatter. There are different events on different nights. Prices are very reasonable, portions are huge. The menu has just about everything. I recommend the charcuterie board! The staff here is the best. Friendly, funny and very attentive!! If you are planning a party or large get together there is a good size function room as well.

We've had supper at Muse restaurant 4 times now and every time we are so impressed with the quality of the food and exemplary service. They used to have a discovery menu which was a selection of 6-7 small plates that the chef would pick out on your behalf. Sadly, they don't so that anymore and the menu is now only "prix fixe" (or "table d'hôte") which means a set fee for entrée, main and dessert for $60. The wine by the glass had limited selection of 3 whites and 3 reds, but those we tasted were quite lovely. Nevertheless, the food was outstanding and we would definitely go back.

Accommodation was Good. Area is nice. Shame the breakfast wasn't tailored/from a menu..it was simple sausages and eggs in a warmer with some fruit etc... I'd expect a little more having spent nearly $500 for a nights stay with dinner. I believe they do offer it some nights, not the night we stayed though.
