Fine Dining with a bit more casual atmosphere. You can still order from the Charcoal Steak House menu, the food is excellent great environment and friendly staff. Great place for a special night out!

Great place for drinks and/or a date night. Excellent ambience, will definitely return for good food and drinks. The service was excellent.

So busy with not much room to sit! But for good reason as the food is to die for! I had the hickory ribs...wow! Amazing! If you can afford to splurge a bit, this would be the restaurant!

Visited on a Saturday night around 8pm with some friends for drinks and appetizers. We were seated quickly even without a reservation, and our server was very attentive, and brought over complimentary wonton and taro chips with dip. Unfortunately, two of the drinks that we tried to order were unavailable (one was just out of stock, the other requires a special ice cube that they were out of). Other than that, the food came out quickly and was very good. We sat in the back section that is heated by overhead lamps; it was cosy at first but became a bit overly-hot after sitting there for a couple hours. However, if you feel cold, they do have a basket of throw blankets available for use. Certainly would return again.

This is my favourite place in Kitchener. Always has been. Love the food and Service is always good. Manager checked in which I liked. New patio is great but they need to make it winter friendly
